    Canceling my subscription to this business was really difficult. They still want to charge for an order I no longer want and today is October 15th. They are not willing to stop a shipment from happening on the 24th of October and it's 9 days away. Below is the transcript from an agent I had to chat with in order to cancel my subscription. from *********: Your account is now canceled, and we will be sending you an email to confirm. Since this month's order has already processed, this will be the last one your child receives. Simply send back any books you aren't interested in purchasing from this month's order. Is there anything else I can do to assist you?from me: Which month are you referring to?C from *********: I a referring to the October delivery that has been processed.from me: Can't you not ship it since it's still in the wearhouse?from me:It from me: It's getting shipped Oct. 24, just don't ship it.C from *********: It looks like your delivery has already been fulfilled, so at this point, I no longer have the ability to stop the box. I'm sincerely sorry about this.If you still need more time once your box is delivered, you can extend your return window from within your account by following these steps:1. Log into your account at https://literati.com/kids/2. Click 'My Account' and then click on 'Subscriptions.3. Click on the Boxes on the left to view the list of boxes.4. Select the box that youd like to have more time for.5. Click on Box Options at the top and from there click on Extend Time to extend your return due date.from me: That is hard to believe.     I ordered books sent to my granddaughter for $ **** for one payment through PayPal. I cancelled all further shipments last week. And closed account. Today I receive an email from PayPal saying they were sending $ ***** out of my bank account to Literati, **** as a reaccuring payment monthly. I never authorized nothing but the $ **** and it said you can cancell anytime. So I want this payment stopped. If it has been sent it hasn't gone through my bank yet. I checked. I contacted PayPal. Should never respond to anything on ********* I wanted to help my granddaughter as she is home schooled instead I am spammed.
