    I purchased a pair of Alvie's boots on 11/30/2024. I paid a total of ******. I received my order on 12/6 and the boots had obviously been worn. The bottoms were completely scuffed, there were scratches on the side and a large blue **** across the top. I was horrified - I couldn't believe that was what I received. I reached out to return and was sent a free return label. So I dropped off at ***** to ship back and noticed that my order was updated on 12/18 so I know they were received. However, I have not gotten any money back. I have called, email, messaged on social media several times and have gotten no response. I am owed my ****** back. After researching the company more, this is a common issue and lots of people have been taken advantage of by *****'s.

    I purchased several pairs of boots from Alvies in October 2024 for $189.61. I had never worn actual cowboy boots, so I followed their fit guidelines, but the boots still did not fit. I requested an exchange in November 2024 and had to pay a fee of $29.98, plus return my original purchase. I completed all the steps by submitting my return order and returning the boots that did not fit. A few weeks later, I get an email saying they could not fulfill my order and canceled it with no offer of next steps. I responded to their email, which is what it said on the email for questions. I asked what happens next. I got no response. I proceeded to send several more emails requesting either my purchases or refund of my money, still no response. I tried to call their business number ************** and was unable to leave a message, but their voice recording said to email them and they would respond in 24 hours, which did not occur with my other unanswered emails. I sent one more email requesting for my money (totaling $219.89) to be returned since I did not receive the product and no one is responding to my emails. I still have not received a response. I left a review on ****** warning other customers of my issue and learned they are doing this to other customers that have also left negative reviews with the same issue. I don't want to file charges, but I do want my money back. At this point, I do NOT want the product, just all the money I wasted on this terrible company.

    I purchased a pair of boots on April 21, 2024 for $364.10, and returned them via ***** on April 29, 2024. Attached is the tracking number for your reference along with my paid receipt. According to *****, the recipient (Alvies) has transferred the package to a holding place. Meanwhile, I am still being charged interest on my credit card for this purchase.I have attempted to resolve this issue by calling and emailing Alvies multiple times, but I have received no response. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their customer service. I am requesting immediate assistance to resolve this matter and refund my purchase to avoid further interest charges.

    I purchased the boots on March 22. I emailed that they did not fit on May 2. I received a response on May 3. I have not heard anything again from the company.I requested assistance with exchanging the boots. The exchange portal link provided on May 3 did not work for **** have emailed 7 additional times I have called and left messages 5 times I have not heard anything. I returned the boots at my expense and they were delivered to Alvie's boots at 1:40pm on May 8th. I have not heard anything from them and have not been reimbursed. The boots were ****** and the postage was *****. Total $254.56
