      **** came off the boot 6 months into owning a brand new pair from a retail store. Storefront manager didn't show any compassion rather arrogance stating their AS-IS no warranty on workmanship crappy policy. Terrible customer service and terrible company for that. Buyers beware of this company.

      Tecovas does not stand by their products. The Customer Experience is absolutely terrible and unprofessional. The terms and conditions on their website they do not follow themselves. It is a scam! I received defective merchandise and they would not even refund the shipping cost.

      Bought my wife and I our first pair of tecovas ( *********************) had to return hers for a larger size. Exchange was effortless and could not be happier with our purchase. Good fit and great quality.Would definitely recommend this company..
