I signed up for a 6 month contract in September 2021 with Brazilian Fight Factory which is a Brazilian ***************** 3 months after my membership commenced, I stopped going to the school for personal reasons. Although I stopped training there I knew I was still obligated to pay the remaining 3 months of my contract. After my 6 months were up, I just recently found out they have been charging me for 6 months after my contract ended. I've been paying $169 per month for membership and I have been charged this $169 for 6 months months AFTER my contract ended. I politely reached out to the owner and head instructor of the school, ***************************, to cancel my membership and reimburse me the extra 6 months of tuition I was wrongfully charged, which was a total of $1,014 ($169 x 6). The head instructor advised me that he will not be giving me a refund. I am going through a financial hardship right now and that money would be very helpful during these difficult times. All I wish is to have my membership cancelled and a refund of $1,014 but the instructor is not willing to work with me. Can you please assist me with getting this refund?Thank you,*****
