It looks like you ordered on Thursday, 3/27 with Standard shipping. Standard orders take 1 to 2 business days to leave our facility and 5-7 business days to arrive.
Your order should deliver by 4/9/25 at the latest. Your current tracking shows it will deliver by 4/4, approximately 3 business days earlier that our max shipping time. If you wish to receive an order in one business day, which would be today, you would need to choose Next Day which costs $22.99.

I'm a little disappointed, since I paid for a 3 DAY DELIVERY, and now I find out it will **** *-10 DAYS, I think I should get a refund on the shipping costCalendars.com

Hello,
It looks like you ordered in the evening on Friday, 1/3. It takes 1-2 business days to pick and package your order and, with Priority Shipping 3-4 business days to be delivered. Your package should have been delivered by 1/10, but was delivered on 1/9. Since it was within our stated service levels, we cannot offer a refund at this time.

It is quite obvious that customer reviews are NOT considered when the BBB gives their ratings. Buyers Beware! We placed an order and it was shipped out on Dec 3. It is Dec 14 and customer service says since it already shipped, it is out the their hands and I may be lucky to get it by Dec *****. Dec 3 to Dec *****maybe? This company is so cheap they claim you get free shipping but at a major cost of time. If you require your gifts before 2.5 weeks have passed, I seriously recommend you shop elsewhere. In our peak season, November through January, orders placed with free standard shipping take 2-5 business days to be picked and packaged and 5-10 business days to be delivered. An order placed on 12/3, would typically ship by 12/6 and be delivered by 12/20.
We offer Priority, Express, and Next Day Air Saver at an additional cost. Our Free Shipping offer is the lowest shipping service level and the least expensive.
