      The reviews on the website for the ****** location contain fake reviews. An employee of this store had family and friends write them for service they never received.

      When they uninstalled my interlock on my truck they left the old wiring behind which caused a short in my truck which caused me to break down on the side of the road which caused me to get a tow truck which then caused me to miss work which then took two days to figure out that that was the problem which then I took the truck back to the and they wont do anything about *** horrible all because they were to lazy to take out the old wiring and connect back the original wiring

      Hello. This interlock device was remove in mid-December of 2022. We have no records of any warranty orders, complaints or visits to any of our locations by the customer during the 1.5 years since the removal was performed. 

      Unfortunately, after one and a half years, it's not possible to investigate the claims, as we do not know if anyone else has worked on the vehicle or what the problem actually is. We certainly believe that in the event the wiring by our technician was improper as stated, the problems would have appeared prior to 1.5 years of driving without issues.

      The vehicle is a Chevrolet Silverado and is one of the most common vehicles we work on. The technician that performed the work is a 20+ years experienced 12-volt specialist with an impeccable record quality workmanship.

      We regret to see this review and wish the customer the best.

      Absolutely would not recommend this place. They installed DVD players for us almost 2 years ago and theyve never worked! We paid a fortune for them and they had us bring in the car 10+ times but never actually fix it. They never return our calls. Pretty sore were to the point of screening our number. *** attempted to contact management, but they never reach out to us. We deserve our money back or what we paid for-2 working dvd players. Dont waste your Time- go somewhere that honors their work!

      We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Although we have replaced all parts that could be causing the issues, it appears the problem has not resolved. While we reached out to the equipment manufacturer, aside from recommending we replace parts; they were unable to assist us further. We are happy to issue a full refund on your system and again, apologize for the inconvenience.
