      Ive spoken to several employees, explaining my situation. Im currently not working and stated this multiple time to the company, however the Manager of the office literally came to my home to drop of a non-confidential letter and threatening me over the phone using profanity and had a employee threaten to take me to court to make a payment on a loan. When asked if the man that came to my home was a debt collector or constable, he stated he just worked for the company. I feel harassed and unsafe in my own home.

      A supervisor from Excel Finance,a man came to my home about his money.His manager from the store Excel Finance ***** came like maybe about a month ago about an account I have with them.i just don't want to be harassed in my home.i don't want any company coming to my home.i let them know I'm not working at the moment.address is **********************************************************

      In February of 2023 I made payment arrangements with Excel because I would be 2-3 days late on a loan payment I had with them. They called me every day for over a week. The company told me that they had changed owners and the computer systems had been updated. They said that one computer wasnt connecting to the other so other agents didnt know about arrangements. A new agent was hired and reported to the credit bureaus 2times for 1account stating late 30 days and 60 days. Which never happened I ask them to correct this to clear my credit and they said they would. It was never done. I have been wrongly accused because of in experienced new employees. They even fired one for stealing payments.

      Upon reviewing the customer's account, the past due pay history reported on the customer's credit report is accurate. If the customer would like proof of the pay history, we are happy to provide it. The customer may also make a dispute directly with the credit reporting agency if she chooses and will can provide proof that way as well.
