1 starWe purchased the Oracle Retail *** system three years ago through ************************** (HRS). During the sales process, the salesperson asked if we wanted online ordering and gift cards, as well as handheld devices for order taking. We agreed to both options and were recommended AppSuite CRM for online ordering and gift cards, and Paide for handheld devices and credit card processing.Sales Process The promises made during the sale were significant. We were assured that these integrations would work seamlessly with the *** system, which was a key factor in our decision to purchase. Unfortunately, this turned out to be far from the truth.Integration Issues For two years, we experienced ongoing issues with the integrations. AppSuite CRM failed to integrate properly, and the handheld devices from Paide presented constant errors during credit card processing. This led to multiple instances of customers being charged double or even triple. Our staff had to constantly involve us to resolve these payment errors, even during our days off. Despite spending $7,000 to completely overhaul our network at the suggestion of Paides owner, the problems persisted. The issues with gift cards were equally frustrating. Our servers had to manually enter lengthy gift card numbers on handheld devices because swiping was not functional. This process was time-consuming and prone to error, especially when checking balances.Throughout these two years, I maintained constant communication with Oracle and HRS, but no effective solutions were provided. The lack of support and accountability was disheartening, making it clear that our concerns were not a *********** make matters worse, Paide changed our processing fee structure without our approval, resulting in thousands of dollars in unexpected costs. We are still paying for the Oracle lease while managing payments for a new *** system we had to acquire to run our business efficiently. New *** runs great!Review fromAudrey S

1 starI own and run a small business and I was sold NetSuite as a business software that would work well for me. Part of the reason I chose this company was the repeated mention of how excellent the support during the transition to the new software is. I have been using this new software for four months now and it has been a messy nightmare. The promise support is nonexistent. The promised smooth transition has been an absolute mess and has been very costly for me to clean up. The people that were in charge of my transition did a poor job and I have ended up spending my own money to have my own team research how to solve these problems. It has taken an amazing amount of time and resources to get it to a point where it is functional. And it is still significantly lacking and performance. The company has made no effort to appease my concerns, there is no offer of extra help or any sort of financial discount that may help to offset the costs. I am left feeling that they have no intention of following through on any sort ofCustomer Service.I want to leave this to review to warn anybody away from falling into the NetSuite trap. I sincerely feel that this business is set up to capture you in a contract and get your money and has absolutely no intention of following through on a high functioning business software. I'm looking into the idea of opening a lawsuit, but the idea of spending more time and money on a lawsuit when I've already spent so much just trying to keep my business software functioning is incredibly daunting.Buyer beware, stay away from NetSuite!Review fromMike G.

1 starAn A+ ? How much did the CEO pay for that rating?I've been using computer forums and the internet for over 40 years. What is with all these websites today requiring that you earn badges and karma. What happened to people communicating and having respect for one another? I signed up on this forum to ask a question about a product that Oracle makes because I was told by support to try the community. My post is still awaiting approval because I have not earned the right as a new user to ask a question on these forums? I look at it this way. I get up early every day for work, and at the end of the day my money will not leave my pocket unless the asset is worth the investment. My time and your product is either an asset or a liability. So keep me waiting and my money will say in my pocket.I'm not interested in your Oracle products now. I've lost interest.Review fromRon A

1 starI called today to ask for the prices of their product and got an Arrogant young lady who would not connect me to someone who could give me the prices she stated everyone was going home, which must be nice, I told her I needed the prices today, as I was going to have a meeting later. She said she could not help me so I ended the call. A few minutes later I received a text that said that their program could have been a little advanced for my company, she has no idea what my company does. I will look for another company, if they treat you like this before you are a customer, not sure what they would do after.Review fromRobert C

1 starThis company uses salespeople to wine and dine potential clients into overpriced contracts using promises they can’t deliver on. Then when you tell them this doesn’t work the way it was sold to you they go into defense mode and shit you out asking for more money. The entire system is a joke. Everything is farmed out to countries you can’t even understand. If you are reading this you are not alone! Fight them.Review fromDavid L

1 starIf you can avoid using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), please do so. After ten weeks of use, their support is plagued with issues, their engineers can't solve technical dilemmas on the backend, and they will charge you secretly. I had requested that me tenancy be deleted via Live Chat (since I could not create a Support Request due to OCI not giving me the authority to authenticate my own root account). I was told it'd take 5-7 business days. Then I find out it was still active. On May 3rd I was then told that I had to trigger deletion in my own tenancy... so I did. A week later I find that I'm being charged ~$35 daily for analytics that I had deleted in early April and SOMEHOW was created and enabled. I was told by the Subscription team that on April 29th there was record of my subscription being dropped. I got in touch with the collections team by email and informed them to delete my tenancy and would not be subject to charges by service created by OCI's fault. I received a reply immediately that it was deleted, yet here we are almost a month later. The account is still active. DO NOT USE OCI. It will take you an unreasonable amount of time to solve anything, likely by yourself because their documentation and support lines are complex through no fault but their own. I refuse to pay for services that logs show were deleted and suddenly re-enabled.Review fromMarjorie W

1 starso I terminated my account and got the confirmation email that my account has been termnated on 5/3/2022. Today, 5/11/2022, i got charged for $15.29. Send a messafe to the chat support, and told them that the account should have been terminated and why am I still getting a charge and I got this: "Termination process is comprised of an action phase (being triggered by Oracle at billing level), followed by an automated phase, in which firstly the billing process is ceased; afterwards, Services are set to Soft Termination (a temporary pre-data purge status, for backup) for **************************************** Purge (implying ************* and environment Purge), also after 30 days."Technically, they should have not charged me for this. I don't think this is a good business. There's no proper support, all they do is send docs links btw and i always ended up resolving the issue myself. I told the chat support to delete my account but i have to approve the service request to get the Engineers to work on the issue. Just doesnt make sense to me. If Oracle is trying to compete with Azure or AWS they gotta do better than this. SR ******************
