    BLACKBAUD is a non affiliated third party. BLACKBAUD has no consent or documentation to contract directly with me. BLACKBAUD is claiming they have rights to a private contract between OUR LADY OF VICTORY and myself. BLACKBAUD needs to provide the documentation that is allowing them rights to collect tuition. The contract that was signed by the agent representing the principle *********** ******* was signed without prejudice and expressed the law of agency. BLACKBAUD received this autographed contract signed without prejudice and paid to the order without recourse expressing law of agency and is still claiming they are contracted with me. BLACKBAUD is forcing me by coercion to pay and if I do not pay my son cannot go to school and participate in any learning. BLACKBAUD needs to provide all documentary evidence proving the contract between us is valid also provide a copy of the contract that binds us with my wet autograph visible. ***** provides the proper evidence needed to prove this alleged debt is valid. I will provide a copy of the contract proving my indorsements were clear and the law of agency expressed. I am being forced to pay an amount of $412 on this date of 10/16/24 in order for my son to continue his education. BLACKBAUD is not the beneficial owner with beneficial interest The beneficiary is the account *********** ******* and all credits are due. I will provide this information to the *** making them my fiduciary to audit the account if ******************** does not willfully comply and provide all documentation according to the *****. My contract was autographed without prejudice and restrictively endorsed without recourse ****-308. This is a taxable event and should be reported to the ***. BLACKBAUD is constantly harassing me by calling and texting non stop. I am not a PERSON but a MAN and I have unalienable rights
