  Songsecure recently responded to a complaint I made on 9-1-2024 about song secure trying to pimp me out of funds just to access the songs I paid for. Songsecures employee got emotional and immature like many unprofessional greedy businesses by making threats to bar me from ever doing business with them. This is the exact type of behavior many whites racists demonstrated to blacks like myself due to songsecure and other unfair businesses bitterness to folks who dont want to be scammed. Even after songsecure did release information on the songs I paid for instead of forcing me to pay money by starting up business with songsecure, this proves that songsecure employees knew they had no federal or state right to ask any client to pay funds already paid to access songs. ******, ******* and many other smart mature businesses dont take this ***** and greedy route because if they did they would be stopping to songsecures immature level. The truth is companies like songsecure will continue to try and pimp clients wrongfully until an honest employee weeds out the bad employees and demand that every client is not taken advantage of. Songsecure may have good people there but the one who addressed me on 9-1-2024 doesnt even have the guts to post the information they sent me which was also immature to actually leave a threatening statement barring me from ever doing business with songsecure. Pros dont react that way. Many pros stand upright and accept the facts that no songsecure employee has a right to bar anyone from contracts without the proper authority to ok such radical behavior. I hope this is a ****** to songsecure to never challenge anyone on social media or a potential client especially with words that will come back to **** you. I am grateful that not everyone in businesses are out to nickel and dime folks just to support some greedy addiction which is usually the problem with scammers I hope this review is a ****** to songsecure that its better to be fair.

  We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed by *************************
  
  From the beginning of our engagement with ************, we have encountered consistent difficulties in maintaining a professional and respectful dialogue. Over the course of his time as our customer, we have received over 25 emails from ************, many of which contained language that was abusive and threatening. Despite this, we made every effort to respond to ************ in a polite and professional manner.
  
  At one point, ************ provided a glowing testimonial praising the quality of our service. However, he later demanded a refund for three months' worth of service.

  After 14 months of not being an active customer, ************ contacted us again, making a demand for access to our software portal without charge by sending the following email:
  
  "Song secure. You are not a pimp and surely not mine. I paid you for secured songs. You dont get the right to breach a contract to implement that I pay you constantly to have access of the songs I payed protection for. That protection I payed for was never agreed by me to keep paying you every month to access. If I ended my business with you this is not a position in which Im penalized for not paying you if I choose to not give you money every month. I request a copy of all the songs I payed song secure for protection asap. Thank you. I dont know what type of scam youre running but you surely got the right person trying to scam a business major line myself. Its not hardly funny to witness uneducated business minds breach contracts and dont even realize they have. There are no Courts in the *** wholl get away with helping any business force a client to pay for something twice already paid for."
  
  We believe this email reflects the pattern of hostility we have experienced from ************. Despite the tone of his message, we granted him access to the requested materials. However, we informed him that we would no longer continue our business relationship, as we do not wish to engage with individuals who communicate in an unprofessional manner.
  
  **************** complaint, which contains derogatory language, appears to be a response to our decision to end the business relationship. As a company, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, particularly when we feel we have been treated inappropriately or unfairly.
  
  We wish ************ all the best in his future endeavors but reaffirm our decision to cease working together.

  Here is what I think...this is a great site for anyone needing to get songs registered and copywritten in whatever way you're needing done. I also double checked my plan before I submitted my info and was charged exactly what I picked. No issues on my end with the service or billing. Those of you that seem to have complaints about how you were billed is wild to me because it was easy to navigate through that part lol

  Well, I just subscribed today and I selected monthly payments but when I checked my invoice, in the billing information they set full year payment after the 7 days, so I expect they fix it for me before the 7 days

  After paying an annual fee of $97 I have no access like ************** said. They charged my card three times and I made sure only one payment was made by checking my account and they locked my account demanding payment. as a musician this really ***** when yur trying to protect a song and you're dealing with customers yourself. as musicians, we have no time for waiting so I understand the frustration. if the owner doesn't understand how important it is for us to protect our stuff in a timely manner, I'll have to consider another place that cares and understands. You can't see anything which to me went against what they said before you join and in their videos. I'm not too sure about this. If you know any other platforms please inform us here and tell us it's a better place than this site that's taking its time getting back to customers and doesn't have an automatic mailing reply letting you know they received your message.Oh and no one is going to come to BBB and try to leave a good review unless their super is excited about this place. I don't think so. If I don't get a reply, I'm a call my credit card and label the transaction as fraud for it is since I have no services. I dont know about this
