      I am constantly in disbelief on how incompetent this company is. The amount of packages that have gone missing or not yet received when the details of the original delivery to the warehouse clearly show receipt of delivery are astounding. Not to mention the times where a package was delivered and immediately stolen. I am a resident at an apartment complex and am forced to pay for this service and live in a constant nightmare with this company.

      This courier service is shadier than an alley way and youre just as likely to get packages shoved in your hall without your consent. NEVER activate the option to leave your packages without a signature, they will ride the high and never take accountability even if you re enable it.

      Fetch **** they dont appreciate peoples working for them help them delivery all the packages to their customers. When i asked them how I can enroll the *** Cargo delivered the dont really help anything but turn out they claimed I the person have to many violations but Im only just start work for them and my 2 first time delivery I dont know how to organize all the packages and Im little bit confused all the apartments until number because my first time what they really want me to do Im new for this job duh ?? but anyway after 2 times I behind the scheduled time I do perfect Im done early and on time I talk to customers they are happy with me and with my delivery. But in the past 3 days I send email to support asking how can I enroll the *** cargo delivery I dont see any. Help from them I only see they said they deactivated my account because Im have to many violations and to many blocks cancel, but I swear to god Im the person I love to work and I dont like to play with my job when I know the time I can work then I will pickup the blocks if I cant I wont. But if I pickup the blocks i cancel I always cancel in 24 hours I never cancel same day or not show up at the station, I remember 2 times I got cancel one from the app they said because they are low volume that why they cancel my block and another one i pickup the blocks I go straight to the station and the guy work there he said they over load he need to cancel me and he send me home. And i still dont understand why I only send email asking how I can enroll the *** Cargo turn out they check my account and did I have to many cancel blocks and early/ late violations that why they deactivated my account that so messed up to many and I just started working for them not even a month and total the blocks I take only 6 work only 4 blocks and 2 blocks cancel from them now turn out my account deactivated because Im the one they claimed that on me. Im so mad I felt fetch support bad service and cold blood

      fetch is a company for collecting sales receipts to get rewards i have been with this company for several yrs when ever i apply for a reward they take receipts away from my account all of my receipt are legilimate so as to turn me down for a reward they refused 2-50$ they always has a excuse then now a 10$ reward they take what they want away from youand thats that they except them from the start when you scan them but if you apply for a reward the accuse you of using other peoples receiptsand refuse to give you the award this practice shouldnt be allowed to continue thats why people call it a scam

      Repeated Package Theft and Unsafe Delivery Practices by Fetch Complaint Description:Im filing a complaint against Fetch due to repeated package theft and unsafe delivery practices that have gone unresolved despite prior reporting.Since March 2025, I have had two packages stolen after being marked as delivered by Fetch. In the most recent case, I received a delivery photo showing the package placed at my door. I have a Ring camera directly above the delivery spot. When I checked shortly after, the package was gone. My camera footage confirms that no one else passed my door during that time. Someone approached from a blind spot, and I have reason to suspect the deliverer may have returned and taken it.Additional concerning patterns:Deliveries are made after office hours and left in unsecured, publicly accessible boxes.Fetch delivery personnel often arrive in personal vehicles, wearing no uniform or ID, making them indistinguishable from the public.Ive raised these issues directly with Fetch and was denied assistance. No changes have been made to improve security.These practices are unacceptable and place customers at continued risk of theft. ******************** promotes itself as a secure delivery service, but in my experience, its protocols are anything but. I have documentation of these events, including photos, delivery logs, and camera footage.I am requesting that:Fetch take accountability for the *************** practices be changed to prioritize safety and transparency.An internal investigation be launched into this delivery ******** a paying resident relying on Fetch for package security, I feel deeply failed by the companys inaction and negligence.Sincerely,Resident @ The ***** at **********

      Our apartment complex makes us use fetch. I ordered a package and fetch for some reason used an address from 2 years ago. After not being able to contact customer service through phone, I was able to get a hold of someone trough email and sent multiple emails explaining my concern. I even opted to use the text support so that they could help me. They have claimed, I regret to inform you that once your package has been delivered to the resident by Fetch, the carrier will not be able to come back and pick it up again. They have asked me to go pickup the shipment from the other location as well because they are not responsible. I have not received a response from them after I ask for the representative name who was helping me and have never been so disappointed in a company. I am hoping they can provide customer service and actually provide support.

      Avoid all apartments that utilize Fetch for delivery services. Unfortunately, this service is required and paid for by residents at my apartment complex, yet it consistently fails to meet even basic expectations.Some ******, *******, and other delivery companies do not recognize Fetchs address for delivery.Several deliveries were canceled due to lack of staff being able to deliver oversized items.Fetch informed me that a $108 Amazon package was stolen before business hours and simply referred me back to ******, which confirmed delivery but refused to replace the item. You have to play a middleman in order to receive proper customer service support.Standard deliveries are often delayed over 24 hours, so theres no point in using Amazon Prime or express shipping.Also, packages are considered mail, and I dont understand how Fetch avoids issues with the mishandling of peoples packages.Fetch is required by my apartment Im literally paying for a service that routinely loses and delays packages. Fetch has to be paying these apartments/leasing managers, because to continue using a poor service like Fetch is unimaginable.

      Back in February my package was delivered to the wrong address after multiple times verifying and confirming my correct address. Unfortunately when I went to the apartment, that was empty, the package was not outside, someone stole it. when I emailed fetch about it they admit that it was their error and a refund will be issued to me. Well I never received the check. somehow it got sent back to them, per fetch, and they again wanted to confirm my address. Well after emailing them multiple times with no response as to where the refund is, NO RESPONSE! They have stop responding to my emails and this is so UNPROFESIONAL.All I want is the money back because it was a birthday gift and it should not take 3 months for a business to refund money.

      My current apartment community uses Fetch residential to deliver packages we pay a monthly fee to have our packages from *****, ****** etc delivered to us via this company. I had packages delivered to Fetch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at their *********, ** location. The app said the scheduled delivered would be yesterday between 5-9pm. I was home all day yesterday and the driver said on the app that he/she had arrived but NEVER brought my packages to me, the ** system they use to text you is a complete joke, its very unhelpful and you dont have the option to call or speak with a real person. The drivers lied and said they made 3 attempts to deliver to me yesterday which never occurred. I asked the ** via text and email to have the driver to contact me and tell me which floor they were on so I could let them into the building and they never replied to the email or text message. I spoke with a manager today after threatening to sue them and file a police report for stolen goods and she promised they would deliver today between 5pm-9pm. Here I Deja vu all over again and I am still missing 3 packages and the app says they attempted 2x to deliver today at 5:13pm and then attempted to deliver again at 7:48pm which is a lie, I have been home. I have called and texted to no avail and sent an email only to be told they are closed at 6pm and I have to call tomorrow. This service is worthless and should be avoided at all costs, they dont take accountability and the supervisor told me that I can come pick up my packages if I cant wait for their incompetent drivers. Allegedly the drivers cannot contact/communicate with customers to advise of delivery nor can customer service **** or anyone relay information: its the worst app and service ever. Im filing a police report they are scammers and should be out of business and avoided at all costs. Its ridiculous Ive been waiting 3 days for pkgs and cant get assistance

      I got verification my package was delivered to the fetch facility. Fetch then never sent me a notification they received my package, I reached out to them, it took 4 days of me constantly following up for the team to say the package was misdelivered, which isnt even a word, and that they would have to start an investigationwhat were they doing for the past 4 days when they said they were looking for my package. This service is awful and no one in my apartment building likes it, our building makes us use it and we front the cost by having to pay $20 a month extra on top of rent for the service that we didnt wants
