      I scheduled an appointment to remove a cyst/abscess, but it burst well before my appointment. I tried to call to make an emergency appointment, but nobody answers their phones there. I left a message to cancel the appointment after visiting urgent care, which was also ignored. I tried several times to call, but nobody ever answers the phone there. They are trying to charge me for services that never happened. I want an apology and for them to ignore me forever and they should pay me for wasting my valuable time. I will never trust this business with my health care again.

      Hello. The consumer has never been seen and should not have received a statement for a missed appointment because he did cancel on time. He does not have a balance with us.

      Dr *************************** performed a breast reduction and liposuction on me July 27, 2021. I have 2 years to file suit if necessary but waited on swelling he claimed was the issue. Dr ******************** illegally scheduled himself as the on call physician while out of state, after my surgery. When complications arose he was not available in person, nor was I seen by any other doctor, only nurses. In their inexperience they removed all stitches, glue and tape because I had a reaction they were not skilled enough to assess. Therefore all of my incision split wide open leaving me with holes for over 6 months, and permanent ugly scars. In addition to the botched post-surgical care, Dr ******************** neglected to perform the above knee liposuction (photo evidence was provide where you can clearly identify his surgery boundary lines that do not include the area). I paid for that area to be done. He also emptied fat out of the liposuction cannula above my belly button, leaving it disfigured. He repeated denied that it was fat and refused correction on it. I had to spend $5,000 to have my knees and above-belly button area corrected. Another round will be needed for an additional $5,000. And lastly, Dr ******************** did not perform a reduction as we agreed upon multiple times prior to surgery. I was a DDD/F w when I went in and asked to be as small as he could make me, specifically requesting a B cup. I am a full DD. The entire breast procedure will have to be redone by another surgeon as well as a second fat removal for the areas he disfigured and/or did not do even though paid for. I am requesting full reimbursement to move forward with a second surgery with a new surgeon. I have chosen this platform to file the complaint but will escalate to malpractice litigation if we cannot resolve it here. Included are a before photo of breast size in a bathingsuit, as well as after size in a bra. The photos with the dots are from the first of 2 corrective procedures for stomach and knees with **************************.
