The "Alamo Season Pass" is a complete scam. It is worded in a way that makes you think, prior to purchase, you are getting a pass that would allow to see several movies, i.e., "one free ticket PER day" But actually the deal is that you get ONE free ticket any day. It's one movie ticket, but it costs several dollars more than the price of a ticket because it's the "season pass" which is just double talk for "Paying extra money for your ticket with absolutely no additional benefits"When pushed to honor the deal, as written, the company refuses blaming the app malfunctioning, a coding error, a tokenization problem, etc. They've got a list of reasons to explain why your season pass is only working once per month -but no offers of remedy. The solution seems simple, manually override the app; You could send a ticket via email, have a reservation placed at the location, etc. Any number of ways are available to honor the "season pass" if that was really their intention. It isn't. Not until I threatened to report them for fraud was any action taken, and then I was IMMEDIATELY refunded the money. As in 30 seconds after I sent the email saying I was reporting them, I got a notification of refund from my bank. Communication immediately ceased. At no point did they offer to honor the free ticket deal I had signed up for. The refund was only done to keep from having any valid claim against them financially and to hopefully prevent me from publicizing their scam. No one should ever again be fooled by their false promises. Make no mistake, they actually lie. The claim is very direct, you get a free ticket once a day for the whole month -They just have no intention of honoring their commitment.
