      On 3/4/24 the Barkin Creek ***** location said they had no grooming appointments available and offered what they claimed was the exact same apt for exact same service at ****** Hills location on 3/8/24. When I arrived at ****** Hills, the groomer appeared to be manhandling a poodle, another dog was barking incessantly behind the counter, and staff apologized to the customer in front of me for clipping her dog in the tail. I already did not want to leave my dog because it appeared their staff mishandled dogs. Staff then told me that my groomer was having problems and could not take me, so my dog would be kenneled. ************** location does not kennel dogs, and staff never told me my dog would be kenneled at this appt. I said I needed to reschedule, but staff did not offer to reschedule me and staff refused to give me the phone number the **** director of customer service, or anyone in corporate. I called ************** location 3x and Domain North 2x the business did not answer. ****** location refused to give me the number of anyone in corporate. I spoke to director of customer service and she stated the business has no corporate office, so she refused to give me the phone number of anyone. She simply said next time I should schedule at ***** or ******. I want refunded for my time and for Barkin Creek to advertise that they kennel and refuse to allow customers to speak to anyone in corporate, or claim they have no corporate.

      There are many, many things about ************************ statement that are simply not true nor does she provide an accurate context for the events she describes.

      1. On 3/4/24, ******************** arrived at our ***** store WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT and DEMANDED TO HAVE HER DOG GROOMED.  She became angry when ************** staff could not accommodate her as a same day walk-in groom.  Our stores are booked out for many weeks in advance.
      2. Our ***** staff offered to see if there was availability at our ****** Hills location.  ******************** was told that there might be a slight wait, but the ****** Hills staff was willing to take her dog as walk-in groom.
      3. ******************** arrived at our ****** Hills location and was angry that our groomer could not IMMEDIATELY take her dog.  Our Director of ************** told her that her dog would be placed in a kennel for a brief period while the groomer finished her current groom.  NOTE - Dogs are not kenneled when they have an appointment.  Dogs are only kenneled, as necessary if there is a walk-in groom, dogs need to be separated due to temperament, or if the owner is late in picking the dog up - as was the case of the barking dog that ******************** complained about.  This is for the dogs safety.
      4. ******************** states our groomer mishandled a dog or that a tail was clipped.  This is not true, as witnessed by the Manager of ***************** Alive who was observing and filming her dog being groomed for social media.
      5. ******************** demanded our staff give her the owner personal phone numbers.  Giving personal phone numbers is prohibited per company policy.  She was given our CEO's work email, who rotates between store locations.  We are a small family business without a formal corporate office.
      6. ******************** emailed our CEO DEMANDING PAYMENT for HER TIME or she would submit a negative review to the BBB.  As policy, we do not respond to BLACKMAIL.

      ******************** believes she is entitled to verbally abuse our employees. 
      ******************** believes she is entitled to receive immediate service without an appointment.
      ******************** believes she is entitled to lie when she does not get her way.
      ******************** believes she is entitled to receive money when she thinks is inconvenienced and/or she does not get her way.

      She is not.
