      This companys lead technician has spent the last ****************************************************** a paid-in-full customer. He seems to have lost control of himself and has sent me messages and calls from multiple phone numbers. Ive tried to contact their office to confirm a refund that ****** promised me yesterday (voice call) and the lead *** is the one responding yet again, with more insults and name-calling. They completed a job early in 2024 but the same circuit failed and they came back out to look at it. They refused to honor their 5-year warranty on the same circuit they previously worked on and gave me a $4,000 bid to re-wire my entire house, (including the working circuits??), because the lead electrician couldnt find the problem. Now that Ive argued with DC Electric about their supposed warranty their lead electrician has threatened to come to my house repeatedly, used profanity and vulgarity on calls, and sent me repeated text messages tell me Im a scumbag and other mother-related obscenities. I had to have the Sheriff come out and they heard one of his calls on speaker live as he made it, saying he was 5 minutes from my house and I should be ready for him. Ive got an active case with the Sheriff of Travis County. I also just took off work today to post No Trespassing signs and upgrade the outside of my house with new security cameras. This *** seems off the chart berserk to me. This is just ridiculous behavior.
