    I purchased the minimum order possible,$170.00, and followed proper directions of ID verification. Order was accepted and billed. Few days later I received a email stating I needed to redo my ID verification. I did. After redoing my ID verification, they immediately sent a order three times more than original one.$420.00 **************** will not correct the charge. I sent the extra two items back to the company.

    On 4/2/2025, $180 (20% discount) was deducted from my account for an order of 12 dissolvable tabs. They were received just before going on vacation with my wife. Instructions for usage were followed completely. The first night 1 Rugiet tab was used with no effect. The second night a prescription ****** with the same amount of medication was used with a very noticeable affect. The third night another Rugiet tab was used with no effect. Fourth night was the same as the second with another tablet of ******. The 5th night 2 tabs of Rugiet were used with zero effect. The 6th night a prescription ****** was used along with a Rugiet tab and the effect was the same as the nights when only the ****** was used. For the remainder of the trip varying amounts of Rugiet tabs and 1 ****** tablet were tried and all attempts resulted in only the prescription ****** being the only active and effective ingredient. Clearly, the ****** and ****** that Rugiet claims were part of the ingredients were not in their tabs. I suppose there could have been a fault in the manufacturing process but this is the responsibility of Rugiet and I doubt that I am the only one to experience this. They are currently refusing a refund. To anyone reading this I would recommend never buying anything from Rugiet.

The director of Customer Support at ********************** responded to the patient with the following message on 5/07 and also refunded the cost of their order as well as applied a $100 credit to their Rugiet account:

    I truly apologize that the strength of medication that was prescribed to you did not work. I have gone ahead and processed a refund for the cost of this order. Please allow 5-7 business days for this refund to post back to your method of payment. Additionally, I have applied a $100 credit to your account and this credit will automatically apply to another order if you decide to give us another try in the future.
     
    Please know that I am not able to provide any medical advice or suggestions regarding the strength of medication you were prescribed; however, if you're interested in discussing your experience with your Rugiet doctor and potentially adjusting your prescription to a higher dosage you can message your Rugiet doctor through your Rugiet member portal. 
     
    Providing our patients with a quality product and premium service is extremely important to us here at Rugiet and I have shared your feedback regarding our product with my operations and quality manager.

    This pharmaceutical product should be kept at or below 73 degrees, It is shipped in a chilled container. The shipper misdirected the package to who knows where, now. It was dumped in **. **************** from ********************** and *** not communicating. My money hasn't been refunded, New product was not shipped. Rug iet customer service not responding.

    Ive been purchasing this ED ******* that boasts great results. This is the second order that has fallen far short of even minimal affects.When I text them they defer to a doctor that is difficult to contact. Now Im out over &******.
