      No star, stay away from ticketcity In September, I purchased three tickets for the ********* show through TicketCity, for 10/12/24 @ 7:00 PM and paid over $500. I received the tickets by email for the same time and date. But later I received another email telling me that they had changed the time to 2 PM without our consent. They also said I should use the original tickets for the new time meaning 2pm. I called them and talked to an agent, but the agent said she cant change but will try and let me know, However, nothing happened. I called again, prior to the event and talked to another agent and she said everything is okay for 7pm showtime and will send me a new ticket for the 7 PM show. However, when I opened the new link she sent me, I realized it was the same ticket for 2pm. So, I called back and talked to another agent to confirm that the ticket was good for 7 pm but he said No, the time was 2 pm and he could not change it. I asked him why they changed our tickets time without my consent and I want a refund, he said they dont give refunds and advised me to Resell the ticket. This is not professional, and it is unacceptable that they treat their customers so poorly. They have no right to change the time of the tickets without the ticketholders consent. This is called scam. We let **************** to deal with them.

      NO STARS Do Not buy parking passes from Ticket City in ************, **. I paid $117 for a parking pass in *** A, 1501 E Church ST across from ************** for the ************************* concert. Ticket City did not have authorization to sell tickets to this lot, it was reserved for the band's trucks. We were directed to a lot 7 mins away. This is a scam organization. CHEATERS!!!!

      NO STARS!!Watch out for TicketCity. I bought a very overpriced concert ticket on their website and within minutes found it for much much cheaper on their own website. They said it was based on demand and would not refund me the difference. This is a poor business practice and customer service just has a copy and paste response. Be careful what link you use for tickets!!

      Terrible experience and service. I bought two tickets to a concert and received an email with a link to the tickets. The link did not work and I simply got a message that something went wrong. I tried multiple times for over a week to get a good link and every one failed to work. I was 100 miles from the venue and eventually had to cancel a hotel and dog sitter. When I tried to explain that I never got the tickets and wanted my money back they kept repeating the same dribble. We sent the tickets (which is a lie, they sent a link that did not work not the tickets) and their policy is no refunds. I disputed the charge (for lack of delivery of goods) but failed. Stupid thing is, TickeyCity has to agree with me, which of course they would not. Use someone else!!! And my complaint about the BBB, they do not let you leave a "0" star rating, so I have to give and inflated "1"

      Zero or negative for this company ! Its a FRAUD and SCAM! I purchased a concert ticket which is I found out is so overpriced and they will not refund me. Just few hours after I purchased I tried calling to cancel the purchased no one is answering so I emailed them. It is not even posted in my credit card yet . It was still pending. I called for cancellation of the ticket . 1. After purchasing the overpriced ticket I received an email saying ticket will be delivered on or before 7/7! And *********** is 7/8! ********************* concert ! 2. They said customer care and email that they can not refund me but I can resell the ticket !!! How can I resell something I dont even have !!! And its the 3rd day already since I purchased it ! I called the customer care to speak with the supervisor or manager to which they can waived and refund my money but I was told they cannot do that . I can not even speak with the supervisor or manager . 3. Ticket overpriced! My friend purchased the ticket on the venue website and it only cost $54 all in all same seat with seat number and right away ticket is available! While TICKETCITY COSTS $119! And its DAY 3 now still NO TICKET! So , this site is a SCAM! Dont buy any !

      I have bought tickets from Ticket City for years. They have a good selection and fair prices. My experiences have only been positive. I like that they have been around a long time and are owned by a real person not just a big corporation. I will continue to buy from them and recommend them to my friends.

      Do NOT use TicketCity! I have never posted a negative review, but I also have never had such bad service. I bought tickets to a concert 3 months in advance. I was told I would receive my tickets at a later date. I was notified twice that my ticket delivery was delayed. The second time it was delayed until the day before the concert. Concerned, I reached out to them on their chat service 3 days in advance of the concert, and got no response. The day before the concert, my tickets still didnt arrived, as promised. Today, the day of the concert, I chatted with them and was told my tickets would arrive. I had been coordinating for 5 people to come from different places to the concert, and with no tickets in hand, it became too late to coordinate. I got someone from TicketCity on the phone, and requested a refund. While I was on the phone, my tickets arrived marked Urgent. It was too late, and they did not fulfill their promise to get them to me the day before. I was told - after much back and forth - that I would have to either resell the tickets or try to make it to the concert, there was no opportunity to escalate the discussion to a manager, and there was no refund available. As part of this purchase, I paid a $120 service fee. Now for 5 tickets I have lost more than $500. My biggest regret is that I did not do enough research and buy the tickets direct. Do not use TicketCity!
