    They take your money but denied a claim after two months after you been waiting for them to accept do I cancel my contract with them and I told they thanks for nothing

While we facilitate the purchase of these contracts, we do not administer or have direct control over the claims process or the stipulations set forth by the administrators, similar to how platforms like ******* operate.

    Regarding your specific claim denial, we reached out to your admin to understand the situation better. They informed us that the denial was due to insufficient documentation of regular maintenance, as outlined in sections 5 - Maintenance Requirements, and 6 - Your Responsibilities of the service contract. Proof of scheduled maintenance according to your Vehicle Owners Manual is required to approve claims, a standard procedure across the industry.

    Concerning your request to cancel the contract, we have received your notice and are actively processing the cancellation. We are dedicated to delivering a prompt resolution to this issue.

    Regarding your refund request, please be aware that each administrator may have specific refund procedures and conditions. Our role is to adhere to these guidelines set forth by the administrators. The industry standard includes a 30-day money-back guarantee, usually applicable within this time frame.

    I purchased an extended warranty from Chaiz through **** on April 4, 2024. Four months later, August 2024 My vehicle started steering hard and the suspension started squeaking really bad. I took the vehicle into a ***air shop that found mechanical issues that Chaiz said it would not cover. The Chaiz *** said I should take the vehicle to a more ***utable shop so I took it to the dealership(Mercedes). The dealership found the suspension control arms needed ***air and transmission gasket was leaking. Chaiz again refused to pay for ***airs and now said the vehicle had Pre-existing conditions! I had to pay $3000 out of pocket for ***airs. On Aug 29, 2024 I cancelled my extended warranty contract and asked for a refund. To date I have not received a refund or a ***ly from anyone.

    Our goal at Chaiz is to simplify the process of finding and purchasing the right vehicle service contract for your car and offer an online, more transparent and cheaper alternative to dealerships and call centers.

    That being said, we truly appreciate your feedback and we continuously monitor and vet the providers listed on our platform, but we are not in a position to approve or pay claims.

    I was contacted via email by *********************** CEO of Chaiz after I attempted to purchase a vehicle warranty and didn't receive the email authorization and my payment of $95 was pending. I advised that i was going to contact the BBB if my payment was not returned! and it was.. so now I am thinking about purchasing the Vehicle warranty ... if anyone knows of this company please leave a review...thanks
