    I have not been in to the studio since 2/22/23 I moved out of state since and can no longer use their services. I have sent texts to stop charging me but they have not for ten months they have charged me $***** when I do not use their services. They have not responded to cancelling my account and do not answer their emails. All I want is a refund for the two charges I received today 12/8/23 for ***** each and for them to stop charging me, cancel my account again an account I have not utilized in 10 months.

    We attempted to contact ******* by text and email to resolve her account that was not paid. She never responded to our emails as she clearly stated in her complaint, and only sent us a response to our text with a vulgar message to stop charging her.
    According to the membership agreement she signed, it states that she must sign a form by email or in person at the studio  48 hours prior to her bill date. At no time did she contact us to resolve the matter, make an attempt to cancel her membership according to the membership agreement.
    We have attached a copy of the membership agreement along with screenshots of the texts attempts.  We have canceled the membership taking her text as a form of communication to cancel. We did not issue a refund for the previous charges as ******* never communicated by email or written correspondence to cancel the membership.
