    *************************************************************************** I placed an order using the App.When I arrived at the store I was told that the didnt have cabonated water for the soda machine.The store should not have been allowing orders to be placed if the item was not available.The clerk stated that it just happened. This doesnt just happen...there is several warnings that the tank is running low.

    143 1 **************************************************** 10/22/2023 at 9:20 I was there for close to an hour in the drive thru line. I repeated order 5x at drive thru. Went to the 1st window and he walked away . Waited 5 minutes until I seen someone popping their head out at window 2. was told that I needed to reverse to redo my order. I told her no I wouldn't and explained to why. The manager then stated to all the way around and get back in line because she did nt want to correct the order at the second window and told her o because it was not my fault that after repeating the order6x that you guys still didnt get . I was waiting 10 minutes while they were laughing and made sure the window was locked. My kids kept asking me why they were not giving us the food and why they are being mean and laughing. After about 45 minutes there were a state trooper and 4 cop cars that came after they finally took my payment . I then asked for refund and the whole time they were laughing at the door. This was very embarrassing and scared my kids. My kids said that they never want to go to this location every. After all this I want to another location and was served with respect and great good hot food for my babies. There is always a issue with this location from customer service, wrong order, cold food, closing hours before what the door states. Something needs to be done. This is not right.Thi scared my kids and gave me huge anxiety and made me feel very vulnerable.
