    I signed up for the more aggressive credit repair at 219$ a month I signed up in ******* 2023 paid the 219$ Nothing has been done with my credit In February 3rd I was charged the 219 $ again And then on February 7th I was charged another 219$This was a breach of contract Luxury credit can not make unauthorized charges on my bank account its in the agreement I contacted the company on email and ******** messaging ( where we first contacted for service) I was ignored for a week I got logged out of my client portal I never changed my password or anything! I had to do a recover password and even then I can not access my account. Finally safer a week I got a reply From the owner Hello *******, This is ******** the owner of luxury credit.I am not sure how you got charged twice this month but I will contact my merchant and figure it out on my end.I can cancel the account no problem, I was out of town and just got back today. My assistant has been out sick so I do apologize for the lack of communication.Please allow ***** hours for this to be fixed but as of now your account is cancelled and you will no longer be charged.I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.Best regards, My bank got me one of my charges back Luxury credit still has not contacted me back nor given my refunds. This company seems to be a scam! Nothing has been done for the February charge as ******** stated no one was in the office. And my account was canceled they already got a free 219$ for ******* as nothing was done then either even though this is supposed to be an aggressive process! No service was done in February I want my money back from this scam of a company Thank you *******
