      3/28/203 for $9.95 & 7/16/2024 for $12.95.I paid them $9.95 & $12.95. For a total of $22.90.They were going to provide me with a Food Handlers Certification.Never provided the certificate and withdrew money from my account on 7/16/2024 without my consent. I did not sign-up for any classes or recurring payments. They are committing fraud.I made numerous attempts to get my certificate which I was told would be emailed to print as well as a certificate would be postal mailed. I never received neither of those. I have called the various telephone numbers on their ad and no one answers or the number belongs to someone else. I have left messages and they never returned my calls. It seems to be a scam or fake advertisement. Although they state they operate under The State of Texas DSHS Certificate and Licenses.Their ad can be found online at **************************************************** are ways to contact them to either register for classes or issues to which again they do not answer, have an answering machine or not their number.Here is just one part of their website:Food Handler Program The Texas Department of State Health Services, the Food Handler Program, along with the the Certified Food Manager Program, promotes the health and safety of the citizens of the state by educating food service employees in the principles of food safety to produce safe food products for Texas consumers.State Laws place the food safety of a food institution on the Certified Food Manager of the operation.This Texas Food Handler Card Safety Course is approved by the Texas Department of State Health Services Certification is valid for 2 years from the date of course completion Online Course is approximately 2 hour long NO final exam Printable Texas food handlers certificate (card), available upon completion.English and Spanish courses available.This course provides information on many topics related to safe food handling.This business is scamming people.
