    Back on November 9,2021, I paid to have my house leveled. I was under the impression that I was working with a company that would do the job right. Two months after the house had been leveled I noticed that my home was starting to sink. I reached out to ***************************** on countless occasions asking for him to fix the issue. I have records of text messages that were sent to him. I have been calling him for almost a year and have only been able to speak to his wife who is continuously telling me that she will give him the message. I paid ********* for my home to be leveled and I was given a lifetime guarantee. I want my home leveled again and I would like it done correctly. I have tried to be patient, but at this point, my home is in a worse condition than it was when this project began. My home has been sinking gradually over this year. I would like my money back or for this company to come back out and level my home correctly. I don't even think that he has a permit to be doing what he is doing, I have the original contract that shows what I was charged and has the information of that the contractor who was supposed to take care of my home.
