    We booked the load with Solstice Worldwide Logistics LLC MC# *******on 5/8/25. Total weight of the load was supposed to be 8100 lbs( as stated on the rate confirmation). After driver has been loaded and started driving, he suspected that the weight is more than 8100lbs and decided to find the nearest scale to weight the truck along with the load. Dispatcher immediately called Solstice Worlwide Logistics to let them know that if the weight exceeds more than ******lbs (maximum legal weight that hotshot may haul) we will have to get this load back to the shipper. Meantime broker was trying to ensure us that the weight is 8100lbs. Driver drove 60 miles one way to the scale. After he weighted, the scale showed that the load weighs more than ******lbs (we have scale receipt to prove it). We couldn't legally haul this load and driver headed back to the shipper, another 60 miles back. We were promised to get paid for Truck Ordered Not Used (TONU) by ****, who was our broker from Solstice Worldwide Logistics. They never paid us, they stopped answering our calls or emails.
