    The OFFER WAS "the GoodPop Popline, a hotline where you can call in and share your funniest pop emergencies. In return? A free box of GoodPops delivered straight to your door."The GoodPop Popline is available for US based callers from February 15 through February 20. The Popline will be available from 10am - 2pm CT during that time. AFTER TRYING EVERY DAY SINCE THE OFFER STARTED during the popline hours, I finally spoke to a *** on Tuesday 2-18-2025 and described my pop emergency. He said I'd receive a coupon for a free box of GOODPOPS. I stated the offer is for "A free box of GoodPops delivered straight to your door."A coupon is NOT the same as "A free box of GoodPops delivered straight to your door". He said that was all he could do. I received an email which was suppose to contain a coupon. It didnot conatin a coupon. IT IS NOT A COUPON . IT IS A REBATE. A REBATE MEANS I PUT OUT MY MONEY, HAVE TO SUBMIT THE REBATE, AND HOPE I GET PAID. THERE IS NEVER A GUARANTEE PAYMENT WILL BE SENT.This rebate is not an acceptable substitution for "A free box of GoodPops delivered straight to your door."Please send the free box of GoodPops delivered straight to my door. The *** said ******** would send it by Instacart, whish DOES deliver to my location:***** ***** ***********************************************************************

    We received a complaint in response to an Instagram giveaway, and responded on February 27 to let the consumer know we mailed them a free box coupon. In our giveaway posts, we noted that product delivery may vary based on supply. We offered digital rebates to many consumers in order to keep up with demand and treat as many people as possible. We understand the confusion, and in order to make things right, we mailed this consumer a free box coupon that requires no purchase. We have sent a second coupon in the mail with tracking to make sure they receive it, and have continued to stay in contact.
