    This is an online *************** as far as I know. On August 1st I was contacted by a friend of my grandson, stating he had heard that ***** had died and was not aware of it. Since I haven't spoken to him and didn't have his phone number I couldn't call him. I went to ****** and put up his name " *******************************". It brought up his death at this site, and I went into full panic. I contacted other family members and they didn't know either. After 2 days of panic, I was contacted by a friend and was told he is not dead. I have a large family, we are trying to figure out how a company can post this without any verification. I have sent them an email last week and still not response.

    ****, we are very sorry to know you experienced this, and also relieved to hear that ***** is still alive. The obituaries on our website are created and submitted by the general public, as we have no involvement in the creation of any page. It behooves us to think that someone would be so insensitive as to post a false death notice. We have since deleted *****'s obituary page on our website.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. And pray they take better insurance that people can't do this again to anyone.  They should be prosecuted for the trauma that it has caused to his family.
