I would highly recommend Pro 1 Construction. They were very helpful with the claims process from storm damage we incurred and made it easy throughout the whole process from start to finish. The crew did an awesome job and we even benefited from some wonderful upgrades at no charge to us! You can't go wrong with Pro 1!

1 starA couple of years ago, I enlisted Pro One Construction for a roofing project at my home. I believe it's important to share my experience for the benefit of others considering their services. The process of getting the project started was unexpectedly difficult, setting a challenging tone from the beginning.Once the work was finally completed, the expectation for immediate payment caught me off guard. I needed a brief period to arrange the funds, which seemed reasonable given the circumstances. Unfortunately, my attempt to communicate this led to an incredibly stressful situation. I experienced a level of communication from a company representative that I found to be unprofessional and bordering on harassment, to the point where I had to block their number to avoid further distressing calls.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pro One Construction. The challenges in getting the project off the ground, coupled with the aggressive post-service follow-up, were far from the professional and customer-friendly approach one would expect. I share this in hopes of helping others make a well-informed decision when selecting a construction service.Review fromJohn D

Honest and extremely professional people . I Was truly amazed on the quickness and how painless this experience has been all together. I cannot say enough good things an ****** and Pro 1 Construction. When my insurance company refused to replace my roof over and over, ****** ran interference for me over and over. He jumped through so many hoops and literally refused to give up. The insurance company ended up replacing ******* plus replacing windows and gutters and repainting too. ****** knows how to get things done but he is always patient and professional. You wont find a better company to work with. I wist I could give them 10 stars!Pro 1 Construction, Inc.

****** is an honest and thorough contractor. He works extremely hard for his clients to make sure they get a fair compensation from insurance claims. He is very professional in his work and gets the job done quickly. I highly recommend him!Pro 1 Construction, Inc.
