      This company is a scam- took thousands of fully-paid $200-$300preorders and then went dark. Last communication said we arent getting the product or any refund. ***** ****** is a conman.

      The company hasn't posted on their ******** page since late 2024, and mostly has not answered recent comments. There are reports of the founder "leaving the country on a boat."As with many angry, paid customers, some of us have been waiting 2 or even 3 years for a unit, despite various public promises of a March 2025 next-round delivery. Other reports indicate employees have quit recently.

      Absolute scam. It's been a year and not only do I not have a product I cannot get the company to respond to my inquiries.

      I made a pre-order deposit in Feb 2023 and then made my final deposit in May 2024. While the company did provide regular updates early on, they were often vague and almost never provided clear answers to common customer questions on when they would get their product. I personally messaged them over a dozen times in that time to understand when I would get my product and was usually met with excuses on why there were delays but that it wouldn't be long before I got my product. Customer facing communications and updates stopped altogether at the end of last year. In Feb this year I once again requested an update on the status of my product and after multiple nudges and follow *** I got another stock response. After two years, I have made several attempts to seek a refund via their FB messenger, on their website and by emailing. It took several weeks to get a response asking me to share order numbers and my preferred method for refund (Venmo or ******). I provided this info, and it once again went silent. In the last couple of weeks I have tried to understand what is next and continued to get the silent treatment. Today I got a follow up message letting me know they will process my refund as soon as they can. I have asked for a specific time, but I expect to be ignored again.I have read that the company is on shaky ground and at this point I am concerned they will not honor my refund request and have run off with my money.Beware of this company.

      Avoid by all means! This company has been delaying shipping dates for over a year now, with no updates or information recently. Trying to get a refund for my large deposit but am not getting any responses. Will continue to send an absorbent amount of emails until someone reaches out but Im not very hopeful

      Ive tried and tried to get this company to sent a new brick because mine came open in the package during shipment and was compromised. Ive been trying to get that replaced since January 2025 with no luck, they say they will do something about it but never have. I finally purchased my own brick from north spore, and now the humidifier isnt working in my unit. I doubt anything will ever be done about it, the whole thing is useless without that component. What a waste of time and money. I will never again purchase a product on blind faith.

      i paid for a preorder in december 2022. been chasing a refund now for the past 3 weeks. they asked for my venmo (???) 2 weeks ago and still nothing. complete scam artists.

      After being led on for months and having a December promised ship date of a product I pre-ordered over a year ago, it's the end of December and I still have nothing. This company lacks transparancy and is starting to look like a scam. Several people have been unable to get a refund, and emails to the company go unanswered. Any negative comments on their many ******** ads get taken down by the company so they keep on getting new orders for a product that (so far) doesn't actually exist.

      Id give zero stars if I would. This company is shameless and appears to be just harvesting money for a product with no actual physical proof or expected ship. At this point a product expected to ship early is 2023 is just getting ignored and customers are being placated with monthly updates that never tell you anything. Dont pre-order from these scam artists until they have a product actually shipping. This is now 7 months without a single real update.
