      I signed up and paid for my subscription and medication. I waited a full week and didn't receive it, so I went on the app and asked. They didn't respond to my messages until 3 days later. When I did finally hear back. They assured me that my meds would be shipped very soon. It was almost a month later and still no medication, yet they were still charging me. I ended up canceling and getting a refund but not before having to repeatedly send messages. Not a good way to do business. Very disappointing.

      I have been given the run around with this company s***e April 25, 2025. I paid $199 for the year for membership. I was confirmed that my NJ BCBS health *** was approved (the company also shows **** as one of the *** companies that they approve. I've now been fighting with the company because they want me to pay an extra $199 per month instead of my $5 copay with my healthcare ***. I have numerous artifacts proving that Found covered my first appointment with my *** and again their customer service said my *** was covered and let me make an follow up appointment. But suddenly, my follow up appointment was cancelled without any reason behind it. I've spoken to over 9 people who work at Found via chat and email because the organization doesn't provide a customer service phone number. One of the last correspondences I had, the support employee told me that if I didn't respond, they would be closing/deleting my membership. No information on how much money I would be refunded for paying a full year of membership when I only used 1 month of the membership. Stay away from this company!!!!

      Upon my consult they assured me I would have no issues getting my meds. I specifically asked this question. I have paid for my meds and they have never shipped. They keep telling many people next week on posts on the app. I have now requested to cancel and can not even get a reply.

      They stopped shipping my orders of medication after I paid them my membership fee and the cost of the medication. They stole from me basically.

      This company took my money for medicine that they no longer had. Its been a over two weeks they said I was getting a refund still no refund plus this morning they recharged me more money and still refuse to refund and resolve this issue I would be careful dealing with them

      I told them today that I needed to cancel my membership and have my payment retuned to me. It was taken out this morning. They wouldnt put the money back and now they just charged me $99.00 to cancel my membership. I cant buy groceries until Friday now. I told them I am in between jobs right now but they took the money anyway.
