    i have had the same issue as all others here, i ordered the free bottle to be charged S/H only but got a confirmation on my email later that said i was being charged 199, where as the order that i put in and then printed out was only for the free bottle. another scam

    Had a very similar experience to the reviewers below. Something advertised as $39.99 was then charged as two different charges to the credit card at $199.88 and $59.99. SCAM!

    I was charged for products on 12/13/22i did not order In the amount of $258.87 I sent products back and no refund issued.

    I was told in an email that I would receive a free bottle. So I gave them my information. I then was sent a confirmation with no information on what I was getting. I was charged $59.99 and a charge for $199.88. I did not authorize either one. When I tried calling customer service there was a recording that kept saying I was calling outside normal business hours but I was not. I sent an email cancelling the order but never heard from them. I cancelled my credit card also and the bank's fraud department is handling it. This is fraud or deception at the very least. Do not buy from this company. This is the same I just went through, on my Dec 22 order and then they kept billing.

    I ordered the $39 special yesterday day only because I read an article that ************************* was their CEO and endorsed the product. Browsed for more info and found that everything is a scam. Called the customer service number *****- number which gives a recording saying I have called outside the working hours and their hours are from 7am to 9pm. I have called at least 15 times since my purchase which have been inside their working hours with the same recording. Tried their chat line with no response. When I ordered they did not give me the amount billed or how many items ordered. That is why I decided to check the reviews. Please do not order the product, it is a scam. They do not deserve a one star.

    I am having the same experience that the other review has outlined. I thought I was signing up for a $39 special only to get a receipt of 5 bottles at $159.99 and then an additional charge of &59.99.I emailed a directive to cancel my order and then started calling to talk to someone. The one 800 was not operational. I then called customer care & was told that if I disputed the charges they could not take the product back or give me my $ back. This business is fraudulent and deceptive in their practices!!

    I placed an online order with the company. After submitting I got no confirmation number nor a total for my order. My credit card company sent a scam alert showing a charge of $59.99. I approved the charge. The company left a voice message on my phone to contact them, which I did the next day. The representative could not find my account, took my email address and said she was bumping the problem up to "corporate" They never contacted me after this. I became suspicious and checked my credit card account to find they had charged $199.99. I immediately filed a dispute. Several days later I did receive the product but decided I would return it. I waited for the credit card company to finish its investigation, the result of which I was responsible for the purchase. I then called the company to set up a return of the product for a full refund. I was informed that because I initiated a dispute they would not refund my money. I spoke to representatives at three different levels, pointing out it was there company that dropped the ball and caused my concern. However, they would not bend. In addition I can not find a website for this company.
