0 stars.I had this inspection company to do a inspection on my recently purchased home. Dammit, dont ever use them ever. He sent a company out about my leak of water in my bedroom ceiling. He, which got on a ladder, walked right over to the problem and found it within 20 seconds. I also have his phone number. He said you couldnt I missed it. That tells me, he never even checked the roof that he ever did. I cannot say that or swear to it I was in here. I was living in *****. I had to get out of there as soon as possible. I was in an abusive situation. Well, ***** fixed it in 20 seconds. He gave me his name and his phone number. This is why people should go to the Better Business Bureau before hiring anybody to do anything. He just texted me and said oh your roof is fixed. Really, it needs new drywall inside my bedroom. It has been in the 90s. I have never had the air conditioner or heat work since I moved in April 1. There were several other things, which I had stated, in my last complaint to the Better Business Bureau. When he found out, that they got in touch with him, you have no idea how he acted towards me. I have all the texts. I can prove those . I guess he thinks hes off the hook. I will just say, that he threatened me. I am a 64 year old female. I live alone. I just moved here. Now, I am scared to death of him. I couldnt even sleep. I dont know what to do now because, I fear for my life. He told me this is the way its going to go his way. I texted back I dont do threats. As I have stated, he acted like it was a big whoop that my roof was fixed . Now, I am suffering terribly from headaches because I dont have air or heat. It is so damp in my house that I fell and had to go to the hospital. I showed ***** the floor in my bathroom. It is so wet you have to keep a towel in there or you could lose your life . I am handicapped. I find it appalling the way he treated me. If you could reach out to me. I am terribly frightened.Sincerely, *****************************
