      I was billed for a flow sports on April 1, 2025. I never used the service for the month of April and asked for a . I did not receive a response so I put the amount in dispute. Once I put the amount in dispute they contacted me and said if I Withdraw the dispute, they will give me a refund. I sent them documentation that I withdrew the dispute. I didnt ask for my refund. It took them approximately weeks and two requests from me for them to respond. They now want a letter from ********. I said absolutely not. You can see on your end that it was rebuild to my account, I am sending a copy of my credit cardwhere it says it was resolved and showing it was rebuild to my account. They are absolutely playing games and she said that she showed Inever used the account and she would give me a refund. They are absolutely lying. Very unprofessional and it says they will contact you within 24 hours and it has taken over three weeks.

      Hello ****. We will be happy to assist you.  If you are able to provide documentation, in the form of a letter, from your bank on bank letterhead stating the dispute has been dropped, we can submit this and have the dispute updated in our system immediately so that we can issue a partial refund. It will need to include the last 4 digits of the card number, as well as the cardholder's name.
      Otherwise, we will need to wait for the bank to update the dispute, which can take ***** days.  Currently there are 15 days left on your dispute. If you have any questions, please let us know by reaching out to us at ***************************** and we will be happy to work with you.

      I have been trying to cancel my subscription and cant get an email back and they continue to take the ***** out of my bank account! This is the hardest company to get into contact with or get an email back from. I would like a refund that was taken out yesterday. And cancellation.

      I wanted to watch the 2025 Penn relays -April ***** only/ My brother told me he pays $13.00 per month for his subscription I went in the website and purchased the $13.00 subscription. Immediately my debit card was charged ****** for the year. I went back to check what had I purchased. I purchased the one year subscription and not the one month subscription. The monthly subscription cost around $40.00. I asked that Flosport bill me for the month and refund my 11 months back. I received a confirmation email which states that someone from Flosport will contact me. To date i havent heard back from them. I am hoping you can get my refund from them

      on February 3rd, 2025 I cancelled my subscription however today, I see a renewal fee on my bank statement. I am frustrated that I have to jump through hoops to cancel this as it was only a few original clicks in the first place.

      I canceled this on line more than 6 months ago.i do not wish to use the subscription and have NOT signed into use it the service was terrible they renewed my subscription even though I canceled it manually on line I'm sure that they could see if I used it or did not it's not accredited with BBB and apparently they have numerous complaints along with a class action suit as far as I'm concerned this is robbery I contacted my back in February of ********************************************************************************************************* on April 16 ************************************************************************************************ again There History is NOT very good I'm a retired senior living on a fixed income and cannot afford this kind of abuse

      On 2/8/25 I requested a refund of $191.30 for a re-occurring charge I was not aware of. After no action was taken by Flosports, I began a dispute with Discover Card. Shortly thereafter I received a response from Flosports stating they would credit me if I dropped the dispute. I took them at their word even though I knew it was the wrong thing to do. Since it is impossible to speak with a Flosports representative in person, I closed the dispute. I have been requesting status of my case from them for weeks with no response. I since have tried to re-open the dispute via Discover card, and they will not. I'm sure Flosports was well aware that. This is the most deceptive company I have ever delt with.

      FloSports intentionally misleads customers as to what content is available. In their race schedule page, the most obvious place to put info about which races are available, they do not differentiate between races that are available vs unavailable. All of them say streaming an dhave a little Flo icon. This obviously led me to believe I could watch certain races. So I signed up for a month in order to watch those races. The second race I tried to watch, I clicked on it and got a notification that this race was not available in my geography. FloSports clearly knows that they could not show me the race, and this information could have been on the schedule page, but they know that this would reduce customer signups so they hide it. This feels incredibly deceptive and misleading. I did not get the product that I had been led to believe I would be receiving. I would at least like my $30 back, or even just half of it, since I did get to watch 2 of the four races I had hoped to watch. Additionally, I would hope the FloSports would consider more ethical marketing practices.

      I subscribed to a FloSports pro subscription on Mar 23rd via the iTunes Store but have been unable to access any of the premium content. I have confirmed my subscription is active and has been paid, and have tried logging out and back in via multiple platforms, however the problem remains and I cannot access the content.I have now been paying for a subscription for over 3 weeks with no access to the content I have paid for. Ive tried on 3 separate occasions to contact customer service but have received no response. On my last message I requested that Im reimbursed for the 3 weeks Ive had no access to the content. This is the only way FloSports can be reached (via the webform) as they do not have a contact number or separate ******** hoping this message will reach FloSports to resolve the issue. Extremely disappointed and frustrated by this poor customer service.

      I cancelled my service with *** online on the day it was to renew. It renewed anyway. I emailed them and filed a dispute with my credit card company. *** said they would refund my money if I stopped the dispute. I said I would stop the dispute once they refunded my money. They said I would have to wait until the dispute processed to be refunded. I just received notice from my credit card company saying the dispute was denied because of whatever they said. I forwarded the letter to *** to get my money refunded as theyd promised once the dispute was resolved. They ignored my email and have not refunded my $150 as promised. I have emails to back up what they said.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I spoke to my credit card company and the recommend I DO NOT withdraw the dispute and DO NOT provide a withdrawal letter.  Once that is done or provided, the merchant may or may not come through with the promised refund.  I am continuing to contest this charge to my credit card and expect a full refund.

      I do not recall, giving permission for auto renewal and have been billed for several years in a row. I email in March 2024 after I noticed the charge hit my account and requested a cancellation. Although they refused to credit me they did say they would cancel going forward. This month I just received another annual charge from the company. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this with the company they have given me an order number but now they refused to return my emails or call me and provide no other way to resolve this issue. I would like my annual amount refunded ideally for the last two years but at least for this last year and any and all auto billing cancelled. This company does not have clear transparency on auto renewal and once they have your information, they make it impossible to cancel.
