    On Sunday 9/11/22 I went to wash my car and put $3 and the wash did not work. Since there was no one present, I went on 9/13/22 to tell about it. The person said it does not work for 6 months and said he cannot help me. They did not have any sign to say it does not work or any tape to close for the quarter money drop in the wash. He was very rude and did not even apologize or even try to help me. I told him I am going to complain and he said go ahead.

    This is our response to complaint ID ********....

     

    The car wash has in fact been nonfunctional for over six months.  The lines froze during the cold weather we experienced in February. 

     

    I disagree with the complaint that "they did not have any sign to say it does not work or tape to close for the quarter money drop".  There are small signs with tape on each car wash bay stating that the car was is "out of order".  One bay did have a loose piece of tape when I checked yesterday after receiving the letter and that issue has been fixed.  There is also damage to the one of the pillars.  

     

    I have provided pictures showing the signs and damage to the car wash for review.
