    - Had a free trial, cancelled it - Never received a cancellation confirmation email, but saw the site said I needed to reactivate - deleted the account, never received a confirmation of the deletion - realized I was getting billed $28 monthly for 4 months - Was able to relog into the account that was supposed to be deleted, subscription was now listed as active - Cancelled subscription again, no confirmation email, site said needed to reactive now but no way to remove my card - Went to delete account again, received an error that said email support - Got 2 confirmation emails that the account was deleted despite the error - Emailed support and they said the account was NOT deleted and subscription was STILL active.- Support offered to cancel the subscription but not delete the account or give me 50% off the next month - Did not address the issues with subscription cancellation confirmation, account deletion confirmation or deleting card information

    8/14/23 ****** 7/17/22 ****** Planoly is a social media app that allows users to upload content to multiple platforms, as well as in advance. Planoly did not work for me at all for the year 2022, and when I emailed, I never heard back at all. I decided to upgrade my account in 2023 in hopes that by paying for the higher level, I would have access to all services and perhaps better customer service. I have emailed 15 times and I have heard back 6. Each time I get the same response, please send us a screenshot, tell us what browser you are using. I respond and then have been told to log out, log in, and that they can reset my password. I know my password. Planoly is not working for me at all and I have wasted so much money and time. I wouldn't mind if there was a real attempt to resolve this, instead of just repeating tell us what browser you are using. I pay for the plan that allows 2 social sets and I also cant use a second set. When I try to use the first social set, I have to "reconnect" everytime I try to post, and it won't allow pre scheduled posts which is the main purpose of this platform. They offered to give me a 2 month credit, but this has been ongoing since July 2022.

    Yesterday, 1/5/2022 I purchased their growth app I received a receipt from Apple stating that the charge went through. I went back on the app around 10 PM last night and it said that I didnt purchase anything so I went back and re-purchased the app for $12 and some change it still keeps saying that I dont have an active subscription. They dont have a phone number anywhere to where I can contact someone immediately in reference to this issue. The $22 charge to come out of my bank account. However the $12 charge did not yet. *** tried to contact them several times through email and they just keep sending me stuff stating that I dont have a subscription. However, when I go onto the App Store on my end, it shows that the subscription is active I sent them everything and I want a response immediately I really would like for someone to call me as soon as they open.

    Hi, I purchased a one-year subscription for $94.50 but the app does not work as it was intended (auto posting is not working) which I have emailed customer service about. Customer service said they are aware of the issue but do not have a timeline for fixing it. This is the main reason for my purchase and the main feature of the app. I requested a refund but the customer service just avoided my request for a refund. I want the total amount to be refunded as the app never worked as it was intended and the company is not giving a clear timeline for when it would be fixed. I raised this issue on November 21, 2022. See attached email communication.
