      Clean, accurate, professional, pleasant environment, only one stick ??. 100% happy with my lab experience. My results were in expeditiously!

      For context my wife got a positive test result for 2 STDs from her obgyn. I called the main office in ******, ** as well as the *******, ** office regarding these inaccurate test results. They spun me for a loop for about a month telling me there was an investigation going on but also saying they couldnt find mine or my wifes test results until finally a supposed VP called named *****. He told me he would reimburse me for the 3rd party testing facility tests I had taken to prove a mistake in results but still they refused to take responsibility. If you can refrain from using their services do so.

      Probably because their staff have poor job conditions including low pay and poor training, they are not motivated. As a patient I felt like I wasn't important or didn't have any human rights of being treated with kindness. It took three attempts to get my blood, no apologies, except for the last person, an African American phlebotomist who was very kind and offered an apology. They need to provide more training on human arms anatomy, specially location of veins, elderly people diminished fatty tissue etc. They also require more training on professional conduct, less talking about personal ************** concentration on those people in front of you that probably are suffering and need better attention and compassion, they need to love their job!!

      I'm only doing this in hopes that they can resolve an issue that only involves me by a BIG MISTAKE.In January I received my bill for my labs, which I promptly paid. On the SAME exact day, I also received a bill for a *******************************. I've never met this person, but somehow their bill was listed under my address, and apparently my phone number as well. I emailed the lab, and got no response in February. I forget how long, but another bill showed up. I put refused, this person does not live here, return to sender. Nothing.NOW, I'm getting DAILY automated calls from debt collectors. I would REALLY, REALLY like this to stop. HOPING that the lab will be able to do something about this!I don't really know what to put for the stars, since my own labs and bill were fine. It's just the issue with not being contacted back when I tried to let them know they were sending bills to the wrong address that SUCKS!

      I'm being overbilled by this company! When I call to clarify where does the amount of 397 bucks comes from, they never answer the call!! Terrible customer service!

      Horrible. Medical Center in ***********. Went in for Fasting bloodwork. You will pass out from hypoglycemia before they ever get around to drawing blood. Aparrently in house OJT training takes priority over seeing patients. No one else in the place but me and *********. I waited and waited. I told them I was leaving because they were wasting my time. They said FINE! Too bad they seem to have a MONOPOLY on testing in this area. It would be nice to be able to go somewhere there is humane treatment of patients. This is not that place.

      This lab lost my sample. I was waiting on results to confirm that my prescription was the correct antibiotic because I've already been on 2 other antibiotics in less than a month. I held off on taking my prescription for days, leaving my infection untreated and risking consequences to my health because it was important to know if the antibiotic was correct. After 4 days, the results never came. It turns out they LOST the sample. They never contacted me. Now I have no way of knowing if the prescription I'm taking is going to treat my infection and if it comes back I'll have to go through the whole process again. I'll have to pay for another doctor's visit and make another trip to the lab, not knowing if they will even be able to handle processing this simple test. If they can't even keep up with samples who is to say their results are accurate? And who knows what other problems will arise from the result of all these antibiotics. What if this had been a more serious problem? Very unprofessional and disappointing.

      The actual laboratory locations have been very professional. Normally the main office is helpful but today the woman was not. Medical information can be faxed as per HIPAA guidelines, regardless of the medical facility. And yes, therapy clinics are medical facilities. I hope she encounters a lot of people like herself. A happy tone doesnt change the snip in the language
