    Ordered engraving gigs from Ghost Gunner August 16, 2024. Credit card was charged, product has NOT been received as of Jan. 28, 2025. Tried numerous times to contact through email and ******** response at all. Email address no longer valid and phone number is no longer in ********** all potential customers - DO NOT attempt to purchase anything from this company. They are thief's, they take your money and don't deliver. Hoping I can find out what state they are in so I can sue for remittance.

    I made a deposit on Valentines Day of this year and finalized the purchase (full payment) on March 29 of this year for four Ghost Gunners 3 and LEGIO software. I was told that I would receive the product by May. May came and went, no courtesy call, email, phone call or text to notify me of the delay and/or progress. I made several attempts, emails and phone calls, but I simply could not get a hold of anyone. July came and I was emailing and leaving voicemails letting them know I no longer wanted the product, just my money back ($8,464.95). I received an email from ***** notifying me through email that parts of my product were stuck somewhere in a ********** port of entry and that a refund request was indeed put in. Conveniently, a week later and while I was at the hospital for a long stay, three attempts were made by *** (Ghost Gunner products) after I had specifically left a voicemail notifying him of my desire for a full refund and him confirming that a refund request was put in. I was not available, and neither was my wife who had also attempted to contact them through several phone calls and emails for a full refund. So, the products were returned to sender. Now, we are in mid-November, several calls and emails later and still no word of products or refund.

    Deposit paid in February with a promise of a machine delivery for a Q2 over the ********* June I was notified that my unit was ready and I was asked to pay the full amount and I did. In July, I asked for an update on my order as the website said I would be receiving one in October. ***** from GG told me that October was pessimistic and I should have my machine in ******. After this I called 2 or 3 times a week to check on my order. Out of the 50+ calls I was able to get a hold of someone once. During that conversation, I was told my machine would be shipping that week. This was in October after the ****** promise had passed. October came and went and ****** 1st I requested a refund. ***** told me that he would put the refund request before the owner and the same day I received tracking on my unit. I also have a new order number so if my machine was ever reserved it ended up in someone else's hands. ** ***** you a machine and will hold your money until you ask for a refund. They have units ready to ship but they hold customers money until a refund request is made. After dealing with the non-existant customer serive, I so badly don't want this machine anymore. There is no support and the owner has nothing but negative press online. I severely regret purchasing anything from GG and highly recommend you avoid doing business with them.

    I purchased one of their products, Ghost Gunner 3, back in November and received an initial delivery estimate of early February. This date passed without an update, I emailed their support and asked for an update on this and to see if I could receive a full refund as their $500 deposit didn't secure my place in line for a machine, and my delivery date was pushed back three times. I have reached out three times with no update from the owner, or the service desk on the status of a refund for a product I never received.

    i ordered an item from this company in April 2022 knowing it was ore ordered. they finally started shipping them out but now a lot of those who pre ordered aren't getting them and the company won't issue refunds. they are sending out the item when you buy the newest machines.
