C8 corvette owners beware !!!! I just recently brought my C8 in to Henna to remove lock lugs on all four of my rims and to get my oil changed. I had called and talked to *** about my problem with the lock lugs, I recently purchased my C8 and the lug lock key was not in the car. I asked him if they could use my VIN number to find the factory key to unlock the locks, and he said yes. I brought the car in to get the work done. I told my service rep ********* that I needed to have the lugs removed without using pneumatic tools and to put cardboard and painters tape around the lug holes to protect my two color powder coated rims. They took it upon themselves to manually chisel the locks off because they could find a key from the factory using my VIN number. In the process of removing them they damaged one rim. They did not ask for my permission to chisel off the lugs. When they pulled the car out, ************************* and ****** (service managers) both talked to me about the damaged rim. ***** said they could fix the rim on site in one day, and they had the paint available. After looking at the rim when I got home, I could see that the rim could not be repaired because it had to be powder coated not painted. I finally received a new replacement rim from Henna and it was the wrong rim. Since I had a appointment with a powder coating company to powder coat the rim two days later and I missed my appointment and lost my deposit. ***** said Henna would pay for my deposit in a email to the powder coating company and myself. I have paid for the replacement rim to get powder coated. I have sent ***** a paid invoice from the powder coating company. He refused to pay for the powder coating and my deposit I lost. Oil leaked after they changed the oil. I brought the car to Capital Chevrolet and they changed the oil and there was no more leaking. I sent ***** the paid invoice and he refuses to pay me. The total amount Henna should pay me is $637.21. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABY TO THESE IDIOTS.

I had a scheduled appointment with Henna Chevrolet's ****************** on February 7th, at 9 am, and my experience left me deeply disappointed. Despite making the appointment in advance and clearly outlining my concerns in the comments section, I was met with a level of service that fell far below expectations. Driving 40 minutes one-way from South ****** to reach the dealership was already a significant inconvenience, but I was willing to make the journey in the hope of receiving timely and attentive service. However, upon arrival, my anticipation turned into frustration and disappointment when I was informed of the circumstances. Not only would I need to leave my vehicle for an extended period of time with no courtesy vehicle provided, but it was also revealed that my appointment commentsspecifically requesting a call prior to the appointment to confirm that my vehicle's issues could be addressed the same dayhad been completely disregarded. To compound matters, I was further informed that it would take 2-7 days for them to diagnose the issues with my vehicle. This disregard for my explicit request to receive a call prior to my appointment wasted not only my time, money, and energy but also shattered any confidence I had in Henna Chevrolet's ******************. The fact that nobody bothered to read or acknowledge the details I had provided is truly disheartening. It demonstrates a lack of attention to customer needs and a disregard for their time. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism, neither of which were demonstrated during this visit. This experience has left me feeling not only frustrated but also deeply disappointed in the level of service provided by Henna Chevrolet's ******************. I had hoped for a smoother and more efficient process, but instead, I was met with incompetence, indifference, and excuses. In light of this disappointing encounter, I strongly advise against entrusting Henna Chevrolet with your vehicle service needs.

Specifics of my experience: worked with ***** back and forth over the phone regarding a vehicle I found online on 10/31/2023. ***** after some back and forth got the out-the-door price to where I needed it to be to make sense. I asked if here was any damage or mechanical issues and was told No. I asked if they could get everything ready to go so it would be a quick in and out and I had an approved loan through my credit union. ***** agreed and said it would all be ready to go. Being that I was trading in 2 vehicles, I drove ****** miles to the dealership and my wife drove the other. Upon getting there, ***** greeted us and then went into the other room and talked behind a closed door for a bit. He then came in and said the trades were good to go and handed me the keys to the new vehicle to test drive. My wife, daughter and I walked outside to see a severely hail-damaged vehicle (approximately 30 dents in the hood and dents on every side and on top of the car). Inside, what appeared to be leather seats, were actually seat covers. The seats underneath were in decent shape but the pictures were misleading, showing leather. The hail damage was not pictured on their site nor did they disclose this to me. I wouldn't have been interested in the vehicle, especially at the price they had listed which was already a little high even without hail damage. The sales person and manager insisted (and lied) this info was disclosed although I pulled up my messages back and forth and pulled up their site advertising the car--there was zero disclosure. I don't know how this business has been around so long using shady old-school deceitful car sales tactics, but I strongly recommend to stay clear. I wasted hours of mine and my family's time today and left there angry and missing several hours of my time/life. HORRIBLE. DISHONEST. SHADY. BEWARE.
