    On April 10, 2024 @ approx 7:10pm CDT, we briefly parked in public parking garage located at ***************************, and operated by PMC. As we drove in, no one was in booth. We tried repeatedly to use ** on easel at entry. It didn't work, but gate raised to let us in. There were several ** codes all over garage, so we figured entry code must be defective. We parked a few spaces into building & tried multiple other posted ** codes. NONE OF THE ** CODES WORKED! We took note of the time & assumed an attendant would be there to discuss upon our return. We only stopped briefly to view bats at bridge. We would have happily paid a parking fee, but were unable to do so, since ALL CODES WERE NOT WORKING + the lot was unattended. We had also not been able to find any other legal parking. We left car, even trying yet another code on the way out (near to the street), thinking the garage might be blocking our cellular signal. Nope. It didn't work either. When we returned, slightly less than 2HRS later, a subcontract parking enforcer had just booted our vehicle & several others. All of us let him know ** codes didn't work. His repsonse was that we chose to leave our vehicles, so it was our fault. It became quickly apparent, that this was a planned parking scam. It was this company's STANDARD UNFAIR & UNETHICAL PRACTICE of doing business daily...to scam garage patrons out of hefty booting violation fees ... not just collect parking fees. I was nice to guy, as he was just doing his job. He's simply "a cog in a wheel" (and prob paid peanuts to take heaps of potentially dangerous abuse). I even tried to dispute the violation right there in front of him, but their website just kept kicking me back to home page. It simply WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO FILE A DISPUTE, as it promised was an option. I am demanding that this unfair practice be investigated, as we aren't the only ones. I also request & expect to receive FULL REFUND OF $100 paid on credit card to be able to leave.

    Date: 25 August 2023. Ticket number: **********. This will be my first time in *******. I was sent here for work purposes. My colleagues invited me to a farewell get together and the gentleman directing parking said the garage was the place to park if I didn't want my car to get towed. So I parked in the garage. I however saw the direction on the wall, so I uploaded the 717 parking as directed and made payment. The payment didn't go through, so I logged into my bank account and transfered more money into the card. After the transfer, I returned to the app to see that my payment seemed to have gone through because the time was already counting down for parking and it said that I had till ****pm before my parking word expire. So I left and returned at the right time. As I was navigating through the street traffic, I saw a piece of paper underneath the wiper, which I thought was the receipt of payment since I never received one. I was however stunned to see that it was a parking ticket. So I started aklong the number provided and was told they were closed. I returned to my hotel room and sent an email to dispute the charges. Since then, I've sent 5 emails, called them about 6 times and left voice messages twice. Till date, I have received zero response. To avoid any additional charges I went ahead to make payment and total came to $51 just for a 2 hours self parking? Who does that? This company seems to be fraudulent. How can they threaten people with all manner of evil things for something that's not their fault? They can check their cameras to see how long I stood in the garage trying to make sure that everything was okay and the time I returned. How was i supposed to know that my $6 payment didn't go through? Was I supposed to question their app for counting down on parking? This is absurd. I'm not the person to park inappropriately. 717 threatened to tow the vehicle and more with no grace ****** for a $6 parking? This is inhumane, reaping people off it seems.
