    I attempted to park in your Rio Plaza lot on 1/5/23 around 4:35 to run an errand. I entered the parking lot and though technically there was a parking place or two, practically I could not get my car in them because big SUVs or trucks had used a portion of the open spot. I looked for an attendant or call box, couldnt find either, so I left within a minute or two of entering. I parked across the street and have a receipt from ************ for $11.72. I have attempted to contest my charges, but your website links me to a strange site. I would like my parking charges dropped/dismissed. I received a payment notice today for $80. My notice/invoice number is **********. The parking lot was Rio Plaza. My car tags are ***** DV and I have a 2022 ****** Outback, white. The day I drove through the lot looking for a spot was 1/5/23 at 4:38 p.m.
