On 9/19/23, I parked at 1401 Point st for a work event. The garage gates were open. My colleagues and I looked for parking rates, signs, or indications of parking guidelines. There were no attendants around. After not seeing anything, we parked for dinner making an assumption the garage must be free in the evenings, given the lack of signage. I received a bill in the mail.

The bill has no phone number to contact for concerns. At the time of the ticket, the website at ********************************** was not working (it is currently).

In addition, the parking fees are exorbitant, that included a ticket charge of $65.00 and an additional unpaid parking fee of $30.

This business is engaging in deceptive practices.
I am happy to pay the cost of parking in the garage, as that had been the original intent.

I parked at **** ***** **. Baltimore while doing an emergency repair for the Daycare Center located in this building during the afternoon of 2/3/23. There’s construction all around this area and only parking available was this. While I rushed to assist with the emergency repair I forgot to fill the information on the app (as there is no kiosk or booth to get a ticket) Today, I received an official looking "citation" - TICKET # ******* at Garage#P2308-P2307 from Premium Parking for $95 which stated that $30 was for parking and $65 was the "Ticket Amount." First, I believe they may be doing this to many of the visitors of this building. Second, the fine is exorbitant. Third, this is made to look official when Premium Parking has no legal authority to enforce "tickets" or fines. They threat with booting/towing and collections. These guys are predatory and kindly request BBB to look into what they are doing because from my perspective it is harassment and threatening which is a violation of state law. It should also be noted that they do NOT provide a phone to call to and they pretend to be an “official-looking agency”.
