      I purchased a mask from ***** and wasn't happy with the fitment. When I purchased the mask, the product page had "If it doesn't fit, we will acquit. Free exchanges and returns" displayed.When I reached out to initiate a return, **** refused to honor this policy and offered an exchange, even though this mask was offered in one size only. The product page was then edited to read "If it doesn't fit, we will acquit. Free exchanges" after I had tried to initiate the return. Additionally, **** advertises a 20 year shelf life for their mask, but the included manual states that the mask must be "renewed" every 5 years. I'm displeased,. Even if this misstatement was un-intentional, **** should accept that they've made a mistake. Instead, they're comfortable with me paying the price. I don't respect that, and I don't respect **** for conducting business in this manner.

      Well, first the customer service *** is always quick to ***ly and always addressed every single question in detail. Yeah, **** is busy, and one must take that into account when contacting them. Had an issue with a delayed shipping of a MB-90 and it was 100% resolve in a timely manner. The MB-90 and CM-6M have served us well without any issues. The MB-90 is a must especially during physically stressful actions. Utilized the protect visor ******* and would recommend getting a few of those as well. Overall, the selection of filters and other accessories are on target. One big plus is they located in *****, and it would be really good if they would open a store front in ******. And yes, I will be adding a few more mask and filters as backups. (A big thank you to *****!)

      Be aware!! Since COVID they do not return or exchange anything. [begin quote]In light of the recent global events, we've decided to suspend all returns and exchanges.       I have purchased CM-3M CBRN Child Escape Respirator / ********** Mask with PAPR. For this specific product, ************ is a reseller of the ****** company product, which costs around $149-250, and DIDN'T mention information that it is not **** ******** So, it was misleading information on the main webpage. It's not designed by ****. So you will get a fully ******* product without any **** tags or markings. And if you want to return it - **** will decline it, saying this: "In light of the recent global events, we've decided to suspend all returns and exchanges. Right now, all shipped and delivered orders are considered final and are no longer qualified for a return nor an exchange.".Regarding the quality, (I used this ****** product before), it has problems with the zipper - it peels off after some time.I tried to return it on the same day as I got it. The product was unused.

      MIRA SAFETY has top tier protective gear and top tier customer service. It is out of their control the carrier mishandled the package. BUT they went out of their way to make it right & was in communication with me through each step of the process. Id recommend ********************** to anyone and everyone for their protection needs!

      I recently got into the prepping mindset after seeing the world change for the worst over the last couple years, and I knew one of the first items to acquire is a reliable gas mask and filters. Mira Safety provides an excellent product that is reliable and affordable for the general public. I highly recommend this company, as do the many another reviewers and influencers.

      **** masks and filters are everything they said they would be and then some!! I have had several recent instances where unscrupulous sellers used blatantly false information on their advertising, or flat out bait and switch, (Kinetic heaters, powerful flash lights Keto gummies, etc) so I have become skeptical and leery of buying anything from on line advertising, especially when it appears on social media, however, I did read the reviews from **** and saw who they did business with, and decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did! As a serious prepper, having a real good gas mask was something missing, and Mira Safety took care of that in a phenomenal way. They not only delivered what they advertised, but when I actually got the product in my hands, sized it to my face and tried it out, I was amazed just how well it was made and how effective it was at keeping my lungs and eyes clear and free from irritants!! Mira Safety really hit it out of the park with this product, so much so that the following day after receiving my initial order, I turned around and ordered more product from them!! Anyone who is serious about protecting themselves and their family from various air borne hazards, needs to get **** products. I HIGHLY recommend it!!

      I've made 3 orders so far with Mira safety. 1 I had to cancel for reasons on my end. 2 a bundle they offered at a great price. 3 something small I forgot to add and by the time I realized it. My order had already been shipped and couldn't be added. **************** on all 3 were amazing, understanding and very courteous. Great people with great products. Some of which I hope to never need but am very glad that I have. Just in case they are needed. **** will be my go-to for when I need more or just want some cool merch.
