      Would give zero stars if available. I was driving home, minding my own business, and this company truck ran up on me and was VERY aggressive for no reason at all. They even attempted to run me off the road (on a back road that isn't as populated and the speed limit is 45mph - which they were exceeding by over 10mph). I tried to reach out to the company to make them aware of the situation, however, no one answered my calls. After further investigation, I can see this is a family-owned business which is likely why they avoided my calls. So instead, I wrote a review. I also noticed I am not the only person who has written a review regarding the aggressive road rage issues with this company's truck driver.

      I sincerely apologize for missing your call. We receive a high volume of calls each day, and at times, I may be assisting a customer, making it difficult to answer every call immediately. However, we make it a priority to return all voicemails as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I did not receive a voicemail regarding this issue, so I was unaware of the situation. 

      We truly regret this incident and want to assure you that it will be addressed accordingly. I understand how frustrating this experience must have been, and I hate that the actions of one person can impact everyone else. Please know that we take safety matters seriously and will ensure it is properly handled. 

      Again, I sincerely apologize for the behavior and I appreciate you bringing this to our knowledge.
