    ******** Art Installation was hired to perform installation services on February 29th. It was previously communicated and agreed upon that several of the art pieces were still in the boxes and unopened, and ******** would need to carefully inspect each piece for damage upon opening and refrain from installing any damaged pieces. Despite this, several damaged pieces were hung, and had to be subsequently taken down. This led to unsightly holes and missing paint patches on my wall. When I called into the office, I was connected with "*****" who presented himself as the owner. He had his technician take photos of the damage and committed to sending his repair technician to repair and paint the areas. It has now been a month, and no one has reached out regarding this. I contacted the company twice yesterday (one voicemail left, one call answered) and was assured by the lady who answered the phone that I would be contacted today, which did not happen. I do not appreciate nor will I tolerate being ignored.

    **************** hired ******** Art installation to hang his art. We did exactly that then he said 3 art were barely scratched in shipping so we removed the art from the wall. Obviously, there would be 6 very small nail holes to be patched which we did. We only charged him 1/2 (****** discount) of the estimate in good faith and for his trouble. He then called back several weeks later wanting us to come out and hang the 3 replacement pieces for free. I told him the holes were still there to just put the nails back in and he would be good to go. He proceeded to get nasty with me, so I politely ended the call. It is very obvious to me he likes to take advantage of vendors and enjoys the confrontation plus getting work done for free. I have no interest in having anything to do with this individual in the future.
