  On May 10th they billed me for the installation of a toilet and bidet that was never installed. Has not refunded me for that. I have called no less than eight times. They always say no one is available to speak to me and someone will get back to me. Once **** got back to me and said he would make the refund and call me back. He never did either.

  I contacted this company in January of 2025. They came out and repaired a leaking sink and put in a faucet I owned. After 2 months, the same sink began leaking again in the same location. Since I paid them an outrageous amount to begin with and the work they did, did not last, I did not go through them again. I contacted another plumber, who came out and fixed the issue and told me they used old parts which caused it to leak again. I sent a letter to Reliant at the Temple location and *********** location (owner) and never heard got a reply back. I do NOT recommend them.

  Overcharged my elderly neighbor and in the process they damaged my cutoff valve, will not return my calls, and have refused to repair it, terrible service I would highly recommend not using them

  I experienced a minor leakage beneath my kitchen sink. I discovered this company and submitted a service request. Within an hour, I had an appointment arranged. ****** ******** arrived and was able to identify the problem and provide an appropriate solution. The service was conducted in a friendly, clear, and professional manner. As a new homeowner, he was very thorough in explaining the issue and the proposed resolution. I am extremely satisfied with the experience and will undoubtedly retain their contact information for any future needs. Their customer service is commendable, if you have a plumbing issue, ask for ******.

From the moment ***** ***** arrived, I knew I was in good hands.Water line repairs can be overwhelming, but Tylers approach was nothing short of exceptional. He took his time to thoroughly explain all three repair options, ensuring I understood every detail. His patience and clarity turned a stressful situation into an informed decision, and he was incredibly mindful of the financial impact, presenting payment options that truly eased my anxiety.Beyond his technical skills, ***** showed a level of care and professionalism thats rare.   This company blatantly tries to overcharge. Yesterday a plumber from their company wanted to charge me $3550 plus tax for a job to replace an easily accessible water pressure tank and then tried to upsell me a new type of system for $4,200 before tax that didnt interest me at all. (Thats a whole other story) When I looked up the price of the part it was around $400. I thought his price was ridiculous and told him so and then he tried to tell me the going rate for plumbers was around $1,000/hour, which also seemed ridiculous. Today I had the job completed in about a half hour with a tank about 150% larger for a price of $1,600.

  Ive got six holes in my walls from your expert plumbing and latest industry leak detection techniques. And if consumers have an issue with your experts, reaching a manager is impossible. There is no communication, not honestly at least. A consumer shouldnt have to verify weeks after a job is done that an inspection has just been paid for through the city after youve made a follow up call that same day. And real experts would know this a French drain is not meant to be buried when the plumbing trench is approved to be covered. But guess what, we again cant reach a manager. So 7k job, six unnecessary exploratory holes in my wall that a manager acknowledges was too much and requires almost 2k to make right again, and a buried French drain and no manager can be reached. And did I mention I work from home and they cut my internet wire. Not convinced. I shouldve done my research better. They have great reviews but that mustve been a different plumbing team. Currently waiting on someone to return our call about unburying our French drain after trying to reach ******, **** and **** ****** for two days.

  We had a gas leak shortly after moving into our new home. ************** turned off the gas emergently, and we had Reliant come out to give us a quote for repairs. They did come out same day/quickly, which was appreciated (though it still cost $150 for being after-hours @ 6PM). They quoted me an outlandish price thousands of dollars over what was reasonable or expected. I spoke to their manager over the phone who was rude and argumentative, and every service I discussed with them was priced well over industry standards, and they were completely unwilling to come down in price at all. I called a competing company out the following morning who completed the work at less than 1/4th the price of what Reliant quoted me and were much more personable and pleasant to deal with. As best I can figure, Reliant knew that we were between a rock and a hard place with our gas shut off and no hot water in our house, and were just simply taking advantage of the opportunity to extort us. Would not recommend this company.

  Had septic backup flooded one bathroom (broke toliet seal) and flooded another bathroom via shower. Called Reliant 7pm on Sat. From there, did major (unnecessary) work improperly requiring remediation, rework or cleanup. This work included:+ Initial estimate to pull two toliets, hydrojet line to fully clear any blockage and reset/reseal those toliets (this given they could not initially locate the cleanout). After 3.5 days, blockages still in place.+ Day 1: Team located the main cleanout in first hour; should've immediately adjusted work plan. Then only pulled one toliet (frontline plumber was honest and said wax seal intact on second toliet so 'he could save it'). Unable to clear the blockage(s) and instead found the septic reservoir fully charged. At end of day, Journeyman sales guy said he couldn't adjust off the second toliet and that a new grinder pump would be necessary at extreme rates. I stupidly sign.+ Day 2: They decide to pump 500 gallon reservoir themselves, charging me insane labor rates to do so. They install new grinder pump and pump the hardened sludge right back into it (no sense), then announce they are unable to clear blockages still as they *accidentally* pump a LOT of raw sewage onto my deck and into my backyard. Then they insist $4k to install a second cleanout, which I question and do not sign for. They do not sterilize or contain the spillage. They leave a hydrojetter stuck in master bathroom and tell us "turn on all the fans and close the doors" to my master bedroom where my 4-wk old sleeps "to prevent sewer gas poisoning."+ Day 3: I catch them not sealing my toilet to the floor, which they next break. They install an unnecessary 2nd cleanout. They continue to dodge providing written estimates / invoices to us.+ Day 4: We ask them to leave after they install replacement toliet.They still have not provided names and licensure numbers of those who did the work, a state requirement. Avoid this company at all costs!

  Contacted reliant plumbing to repair the hose bibs behind the washer and dryer as the valve broke off when trying to shut it off they came out on March 7, 2024 charged us $94 and gave an estimate of $2200 for the repair, after paying a $195 annual fee for membership way overpriced. Contacted ************ Plumbing they did the whole job for $500. Will never call reliant plumbing again and recommend contacting other plumbers if you want an honest and fair repair.
