      I have since 8/2022 had an active referral from the VA to receive care from this business. All they need to do is have their referral department contact the va ********* care office and get the authorization number for my care. For ALL of these months they have left the burden on me and now I cannot receive care there UNTIL they resolve this matter. I have received an email from the VA, stating they have sent the information and this business continually ignores my phone calls, secure messages, and attempts at resolution. They are now filing a claim with am insurance I am NOT supposed to be using nor am I receiving authorization from this insurance for the care I need. I have informed them for MONTHS this is the case and they still bill the other company. Im beyond frustrated and its been 7 months of fighting for care I am already authorized for!
