I dont get why Freedom Forever has an A rating. They were deceptive about the loan we were taking out with ******. We were paying Mosaic and everything was going to interest. Our loan amount went up instead of down. Freedom Forever said we were getting a good interest rate at 4.99% but did not inform us that our payments were all going to interest not principle. Freedom Forever reeled us in we were suckers for them. We had to take out equity on our home to pay ****** off. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO FREEDOM FOREVER.

Told installing system would take 3 to 5 days, and then be operational. Over 1 1/2 months later, system installed but not operational. Was told to sign a form saying final inspection was done be they could move on. Also was told that since I live outside of a town limit, there was no need for final inspection. Call county clerk and was told yes there was an inspector. been ran around and given so much BS from them. Most of the time they do not call, they just show up and hope someone is home. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY.Freedom Solar Power

We contracted Freedom Solar in 2021 for solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall. Installation was smooth, but after a 2023 hailstorm damaged our roof, Freedom Solar demanded $7,000 upfront to remove and reinstall the panels and wouldnt schedule reinstallation until 30 days after roof completion even though their schedule was already over a month out.After ***eated delays and missed appointments, the panels were reinstalled, but subcontractors left metal anchors embedded in our new roof. When we requested removal, a subcontractor falsely blamed our roofer and threatened legal action. Photos proved this false, and the anchors were removed.However, the area was poorly ***aired. During a storm, water leaked into our attic and bathroom ceiling. Our licensed roofer confirmed the leak was caused by improper sealing where the anchors had been, which voided our roof warranty.Freedom Solar denied responsibility. Their insurance *** claimed the leak was due to condensation inside the bathroom vent, ignoring clear evidence that water entered through damaged shingles and traveled down the outside of the exhaust pipe eventually leaking through the bathroom vent grill. Freedom Solar argued, incorrectly, that water could only come through the inside of the pipe.We escalated to Freedom Solars executive leadership with full documentation, but they refused to take responsibility and offered only $950 for ***airs conditional on signing an agreement to: Delete all negative reviews Never criticize them publicly (even indirectly) Extend this to any future occupant of our home Keep the agreement confidential We declined. This was an attempt to silence us, not a resolution.We will ***ort this to the ***************************************************** as this conduct reflects the harm Texas Senate Bill 1036 aims to prevent using legal intimidation instead of honest resolution.Freedom Solar Power

I contracted Freedom Solar for my solar panel system after talking to my neighbor who used freedomsolar for his solar installation. and they were great. My experience with freedom solar starting with initial meeting with ***** ******* was just amazing. He explained me all the details and process in detail and everything followed the same way. Not to mention he was always available to answer any questions/concerns i had. They were very prompt on their scheduled appointments for installation or initial study and every thing. They taken care of complete paperwork about license and permits. Things were always completed before schedule. And the entire process was completed in 3 months or less. I am generating my solar energy as it should be. Very happy with the overall process.Freedom Solar Power

Just got off the phone with ****** at Freedom. Spent 2 HOURS and was told Mericai Solar is their partner for services even those that are covered under the original agreement but myself as the customer has to pay $250 for a tech to come out and figure out why my system has not reported anything in over a year, then pay additional cost to fix whatever is needed. Complete SCAM, Freedom partners with a solar company that tells EVERYONE to contact Freedom directly but Freedom does not hold Mericai accountable for any of the fees. On top of that, whatever they fix is ONLY covered for 7 days because they are not the original installers. This is completely FORCING CUSTOMERS TO PAY FOR REPAIRS COVERED UNDER THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT.Freedom Solar Power
