    I ran a TV ad With Atmosphere and the accounting was always wrong... in a 12 mo time i have had to sit and go thru THIER accounting and figure out where THEY were over or under charging me... My rep ******************* was cool and helped me many times with this. But the upper management and accounting staff are incompetent! I finally couldn't take it anymore and quit there services July of 2023 and now they are coming after me for back owed money! I have emails where i stopped the services band they say i woe money from 2022... i prepaid my last membership, and told them in advance i was leaving. We parted way and now they wanna come after me for money i dont owe. BUT WAIT THERES MORE...the manager ****** ******************************************* is so abusive and damming! All of a sudden he pops up after 12 yrs demanding i pay or ELSE! " we will be sending the account to collections at the start of next week and you can take it up with them!" After 2 years... and they threaten me in a week?? I tell him i will call him on Monday to discuss and ONCE AGAIN, go thru this line by line and he said "I have provided all requisite documentation in multiple formats out of our systems as well as accompanying explanations. We will not discuss the matter further. As you did not respond indicating either of the two paths that would allow us to move forward or provide the requested proof of payment, you may consider this the termination of our communication. Your account is being handed over to collections and communication will no longer rest with Atmosphere. All historical email communications, contracts, and previous payment support will be handed over to them upon their request. "NOT EVEN GONNA TALK TO ME ON THE ****** JUST GONNA SEND ME TO COLLECTIONS WITH NO PROOF I OWE ANYTHING? JUST THREATEN ME AND GIVE ME NO EXPLINATION? AFTER 2 YRS JUST POP UP OUTTA NOWHERE CALIMING I OWE MONEY AND TREATEN ME AND HOLD ME ******? The accounting for this company needs to be looked into, they are shady and double billing and stealing from consumers. i run a tight business, and I KNOW what i paid and i DO NOT owe them money...seriously you need to investigate this company.

    Thus is what I sent them, twice.July 25th I got a message from ***************************** that my referral was on its way & II would see $150 referral money that week! I followed up multiple times only to get silence, followed by excuses! On August 21st I was told i would see the referral that Wed. Nothing..August 25 I was told to contact his manager *****************************, he would help. He was worse than ******! Aug 26 he said hed look into it. *** 29th he said Id get it Sept ********* nothing!! And now he nor ****** respond to my text messages! When ****** was asking for ******************** I complied..is this a scam?!! Are yall a scam?! I expect prompt response with my money!
