    I want to file a complaint against Nova funding.I paid them $800 for a service to trade forex.I have been having so technical issues with their service called mantra trader. I have repeatedly reached out to their support team to help me, and they have not helped me at all. I dont know if they have speech impairment but I was not assisted with my issues and it has resulted in me losing trades, losing money on trades, and missing out on trades.I have screenshots to show how they have constanly not kept their word.2. I was told I would be paid 21 days from my first trade, and i ended up getting paid 40 days afterwards.I have constantly asked to speak to a manager and I have not been successful because they have lied saying I can't speak to one.3. I also got threatened with getting my account shut down by a support representative when all i did was ask to speak to a manager.So please get in touch with them, so their manager can get in touch with me to fix my account because I want to keep trading with them, but i refuse for them to keep causing me issues and s**** me out of trades. They keep saying this will be fixed and it hasnt been fixed!!The company Is called Nova Funding

    Nova funding isnt even a real registered company their business model is called prop firms and nova funding has not fulfilled their end of the bargain Ive invested ****** into their business and now they arent doing what they have promised they would do Ive waiting over a month to get the payouts that I fairly deserve according to the terms and agreements, but they wont send the money. They just do scammy behavior like the following:[Then, they sent me confirmation that they sent me ***** in bitcoin. I never received the money because we agreed that Id be paid in USDT (tether crypto coin)Now they wont respond to me at all] I was trading an account while waiting for my payouts, then they took that away for no reason. I was in profit on that account too, so I was eligible for another payout. This is Completely unorthodox business procedure for a real prop firm, so now they are forcing my hand to get a lawyer.I dont care about the money Im deserved, Ill be happy just getting my money back I think I can get this refund because they arent even a real registered company which means they are false advertising Now they arent fulfilling their end of the agreement Its not just me, they arent fulfilling their end of the agreement towards all of their customers -to prove this, check nova funding on the website Trustpilot.comTheir recent reviews within the last 2 months are awful

    Nova Funding made Unauthorized Charges on my bank card 2/27/2024 stealing my Social Security money and are refusing to give it back. I've asked them for the contract they claimed I signed but haven't received it. My bank's investigation takes up to ten days. I want and need my money back now to pay my rent, gas, electric bills, food and cat necessities all others financial responsibilities for the month. The *** and Internet Crime will also be receiving a complaint from me immediately .
