    I initially took my 2016 freightliner cascadia ********************************************************************************* know that a new crankshaft housing was gonna have to be replaced.(5,500.00 dollar fix) after going back & forth with the director of service ********************* we agreed that I would pay close to ******** to replace the Crankshaft Housing in October of 2022. Now in January 2023 I seen my truck show air intake code which derated my truck 25% so I drive my truck to Big Wrech in *****,** just to be notified that the cylinder head needed to be replaced due to loss of compression to a cylinder, when I asked the Technician what was the cause, he mentioned that it was due to the Valve lash was tightened to the wrong specs which in turn burned a valve. They do not wish to honor my warranty. Their Technicians have had my truck for 3 days without the proper diagnosis. I'm loosing money everyday my truck is in the shop as that is how I support my family. It's been very stressful not being able to work but now Doggett Freightliner won't honor the warranty on their labor aswell.

    Service order R101087208 for $10,390.95 and cost of cylinder head $4910.12. Doggett diagnosed my engine to have a cracked cylinder head. This was replaced at the cost shown above. The old cylinder head was taken by myself to a authorized ******** dealer and had it tested. The test report came back saying the cylinder head was not cracked. Further to this we have driven the Rv and found we have the exact same problem we had prior to bringing the unit into Doggett. The now indicate to me that it is in fact a fuel pump problem and we need to install a new fuel pump at quoted price of $10,753.32. Experts in the field indicate to me that the cylinder head could not have been the cause of the fuel getting into the oil and should not have had to be replaced.
