Direct Express as it is a government program of the U.S. Treasury - Bureau of
Fiscal Service.  BBB encourages consumers with payment issues to contact
U.S. Treasury Electronic Payment Solution Center by email at [email protected]. 
For all other issues, BBB encourages consumers to contact Direct Express
Complaint Line directly at 313-222-3435.  BBB will keep a copy of existing
complaints on file for internal record keeping, but the complaints will not be
reported on the BBB Business Profile for Direct Express.
